We are in a peoples business and in this case Jessica McGuigan has been professional, courteous, polite, efficient, accurate and extremely helpful. It has been such a pleasant experience it's almost unbelievable. Jessica has been 1st Class and I would absolutely recommend her and work with her again. Thank you Jessica and Chartwell - it's made a tiresome and challenging process so much easier to navigate through.

Keith and his team have been nothing but helpful throughout our 3 year tenancy. Nothing is too much trouble for Keith and his team. Chartwell have now managed my properties for the past 12 year & they are absolutely excellent. Keith, together with his team, provide a brilliant professional service both in finding excellent new tenants, managing any maintenance issues efficiently; at a reasonable cost & providing timely advice on any new legislation. It's three years now with Chartwell Residential and my faith in residential agents is restored. Keith is now like family always checking on us making sure all is well. Responses to any issues is quick. If one day I buy a property to rent out - this is the team to work with.
