GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Moving in was made stress-free and easy thanks to Keith and the team. All referencing was easy, and everything was explained in detail. We didn't get to use Chartwell for long but as a comparison, I wish we could. We had a few minor issues in the property we let but it was fixed, quickly. Communication was thorough and we always knew what was happening. Only moved out due to a change of circumstance but if we could be using Chartwell right now, we would.

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure renting from Keith and the team at Chsrtwell lettings. They conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity throughout (traits not often found in property rental services). All staff are really friendly and always willing to help. If work is required in the property it is always completed in a fast efficient time frame and to a very high standard. I could not recommend this team enough.

GoogleHaving been long term tenants of Chartwell lettings (9.5 x years) we looked upon the company more as friends than representatives of our landlord. We found the whole staff extremely approachable at all times and on the odd occasion that we required assistance with the property a qualified tradesman was with us straight away. Keith Walters was always on hand to help and would always return our call and in many cases visit us in person to make sure that everything was ok, he looked after us from the day we moved in to the day we vacated. We would have no hesitation in recommending to anybody who is considering renting to put yourself in the hands of Chartwell as you will not be disappointed with the high quality of service they provide as one of Kent's leading estate agents/letting agencies. GoogleThis is the first time I have rented on my own and nothing could be more simple. Chartwell Residential have been upfront and honest with me from the very beginning. I much prefer having a conversation with a genuine person than a sales person who will tell you anything you want to hear. I shopped around looking for my first flat, this was not easy as I planned on living alone. Other agencies invited me to showings but I could not secure anything, even though I was offering to pay everything that needed to be paid upfront there and then. I felt that because I wanted to rent on my own people would not give me a chance. Until I found Chartwell Residential. Whilst under-staffed and stretched thin, the amazing people at Chartwell Residential took me from a phone call to living in a place I could call my own within a matter of weeks. I could not be more satisfied with the service they have provided and how friendly they have been whilst providing it. I waited a week before reporting any problems as I wanted to find them all first, there were only a couple. After one email, an engineer was sent out to not only assess the issue but have it fixed the following day. The shower taps no longer turned off completely, instead of a bodge job the engineer replaced the taps without messing me around and with the minimum amount of visits. I have had experience with engineers dragging out a job to increase their hourly rate but here, this was not the case. Overall, I have no complaints, only praise for Chartwell Residential, thank you for all your efforts and I look forward to renting from you for many years.

GoogleCouldn't recommend them enough. We have been renting from Chartwell for about 6.5 years. We only had a few issues with the fridge and washing machine during our tenancy but Keith and the team have always gone above and beyond to get someone to come and fix them as quickly as possible. If I will ever need to rent again I'd go back to them without hesitation. Thanks again Keith and your team!

GoogleDuring my 3 years renting through Chartwell Residential the team were excellent. Keith was always just on the other end of the phone if I ever needed anything and the whole experience was faultless. The whole team were efficient throughout and nothing was ever too much effort for them. Chartwell Residential make you feel like a valued tenant and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a rental property. Big thank you for everything they have done. You can definitely trust Keith and the whole team to treat you fairly and with the level of care and compassion that is usually unheard of in this line business! 5* ! Alex
