GoogleJust over a year ago I returned to the UK after having worked abroad. It took a while for me to realise that the rental market had changed considerably since my absence, and I didn't exactly fit the standard profile, on paper at least, of a potential tenant for most local letting agents. However I was fortunate enough to meet the lettings manager Keith Walters and his professional team who understood my circumstances and offered me an opportunity to rent a flat. I cannot recommend you all highly enough for your ongoing support and advice.

GoogleWe have been using Chartwell to rent and manage our property. Keith, Mark and their teams have always been very responsive, always ensured the property was occupied at all times, and were pro-active in getting issues fixed for our tenants. We have been working with them for over 10 years.
