GoogleI have been renting through Chartwell for a number of years (in fact I've had 2 properties from them now) and can honestly say I have nothing bad to say about them. They really know their stuff and are so friendly and helpful. They have helped me out on a few occasions (with quick responses unlike other agents I have experienced in the past!) If your looking to rent in Gravesend, I would definitely recommend Chartwell. ☺

GoogleThis is an independent estate agents in Putney a minute from the river Thames. All my dealings with them I have found them to be professional, honest and a pleasure. Ritchie the Manager and Tymour who I have dealt with are gentlemen and makes dealing with an agent pure pleasure rather than a dread. For me there is nobody else I would sell my property through but them as I know there will be on my case and I would be free of any irritations as I can put all my trust in them. Why dread selling or finding a property when dealing with Chartwell is just a pleasure.

GoogleGreat pre and post let experience with these guys, Jon Acland was very helpful, took time to let me view and helped get a sensible price that worked for both parties. He was especially helpful in quickly addressing little post move in problems, which is unusual for most sales side letting agents. Good service, paperwork and set up seamless.

GoogleI have been using Chartwell Residential to find tenants for my flat for many years now. They are extremely efficient and very friendly and there is barely ever a gap between tenancies. I highly recommend them.
