GoogleWe use Chartwell to manage our rental properties and have found them to be extremely helpful and proactive. We have recently purchased a property through their sales department and once again found them to be very proactive, helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend this organisation. GoogleI have rented with Chartwell’s now for 5 years and with more than one property . Having rented for almost 20 years with various estate agents in the south east ( I’ve moved a lot) I can honestly say I’ve never dealt with another estate agent that even comes close to being as good this one. They aren’t like all the rest; their properties are good quality and they don’t over inflate their prices and really focus on good relationships with their tenants and landlords. GoogleKeith from Chartwell Residential has been brilliant in helping me sort out our new house rental in Gravesend. Professional, bright, friendly and incredibly proactive, I can't thank him and the team enough. My phone calls and emails were answered promptly, it was so nice to pick up the phone and hear a friendly voice! What a fab company to deal with, I highly recommend them.

GoogleKeith and the team at Chartwell have rented out my property for the last 13 years. In fact Chartwell have looked after me since I first purchased the property and I have never changed agent. As an investor its important for me to achieve the best rent that I can for my property and not to have void periods. If My tenant does change, then Keith normally has a new tenant in within a week or so, and so void periods are always minimal. On the property management side I cant speak highly enough of Chartwell. Any maintenance issues are always completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. Landlords look no further..........

GoogleA very professional and competent lettings agency. Throughout my time renting with Chartwells I only had a couple of issues with the property but they were fixed promptly and to a high standard. I highly recommend Keith and his team at Chartwells.

GoogleChartwell residential is brilliant. I have been renting a property for 4 years and they are brilliant as soon as you have a problem it gets sorted straight away. Keith the manager is a very professional person who helps with your every need when possible always friendly above board. I would reccomend Chartwell Residential to family and friends in the future.

GoogleDuring my house hunting the property let by Chartwell Residential was the only property I viewed and I immediately fell in love with it. I contacted the office and they were very quick to respond. I didn’t need to fill out any lengthy forms or answer numerous questions. I expressed that I needed to move ASAP and I was given an appointment to view the property that very evening. I met with Keith who came to show me around, he was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Keith was very keen to help me considering it was only a few days to Christmas. Following a mutual agreement to proceed, Keith, Jessica and Caroline immediately got the ball rolling and I received my keys within 72hours of viewing the property. Keith is very knowledgeable, organised and was very professional at all times. The team were very quick to respond to any concerns and queries whilst in the property. I simply do not have anything negative to say about Chartwell Lettings. Thank you Chartwell Residential, I hope to have many more business relationships with you In the future.

GoogleWe are moving into a new flat with Chartwell on 25th April and I can safely say that Jessica has been one of the best estate agents we've ever dealt with. Even before the confusion of Covid-19 she was super quick at replying and clear in all her responses to questions. Since the Government movement restrictions, she has continued to provide amazing advice and information, she has definitely made the admin side of moving very easy for us! If this is the case for our whole tenancy we have no doubts we'll look to use Chartwell for future moves. Thanks hugely Jessica!

Dear Chris. We are surprised to receive a 1 star review, considering we have never rented or sold a property to you, and you have never been a client of ours. You are a gas fitter who carried out some work for us. You were always paid on time, without any issues. We are therefore mystified why you felt the need to leave a 1 star review.
