GoogleBrilliant management company. I’m a first time landlord and the process has been amazing. Chloe initially who was amazing at explaining all the details of becoming a landlord. As we’re on board we’ve been dealing with debs who is energetic and a breath of fresh air! She knows what she’s talking about and can provide any answer to a question. Everyone has amazing communication. Really cannot fault the staff at Chappell and Matthews!!!

GoogleI have just had an #apartment organised to be #rented by the experts at @Chappell and Matthews. Daniel. Chloe and Zainab were helpful, efficient and effective. They co-ordinated with me, the #Electric Safe and #Gas Safe engineers. They ensured the #tenant was thoroughly checked and dealt with the #keys as I don't live in Bristol. If you are looking to get your place rented, want to rent a #property or even sell your place. Look no further than Chappell and Matthews. They know #Bristol well and will sort out your needs very quickly. I have used them since my daughter went to Bristol University over nine years ago and I wouldn't choose anyone else. GoogleI have recently moved into my flat which, I went with Chappell & Matthews. I did the viewing and the initial process with Zainab, who was nothing but amazingly helpful and insightful about the . On the day of the move Daniel was very helpful and got everything sorted out and ready for the move. Anything outstanding they both were on it right away, and got it sorted out immediately. They both made the process so easy and no stress at all. Absolutely recommend :)

GoogleAs everyone knows the process of finding a house in Bristol isn’t exactly easy… however Debra & Emily at Chappell & Mathews made the process extremely easy and helped find a house that I am super happy with! I would highly recommend using them in the hunt for a property, they are extremely professional with great communication (there office is rather nice aswell). 10/10

GoogleCan't thank Debra and Emily enough!! After the other experiences I've had trying to find and secure a flat in Bristol, dealing with them felt like a breath of fresh air. They were so friendly and helpful at every step. Being a student made it even more difficult to find a place that would take me in, but Debra was so accommodating and made certain that I knew exactly how to proceed at each step. The rest of the team seemed just as lovely too when I went over there to handle some matters in person. If you're looking to find a place to live in Bristol, these brilliant people might be your best bet. At least, they were for me :)
