Incredibly quick turnaround time, with Debra Barton in particular getting everything sorted for us at breakneck speed, including minor repairs and maintenance before we ever set foot in the flat. GoogleThank you to Chloe, Vanessa and the team for a fantastic effort in getting our property rented out in such a short time. The property was viewed and rented out within a week! Chloe and Vanessa were in constant contact with me throughout the week with updates and little reminders for me to action. We certainly didn't expect such a speedy turnaround and are super happy with the lovely tenants. We would highly recommend Chappell & Matthews.

GoogleOmar has been a great help when viewing properties to purchase. Although I didn't end up offering through C&M, Omar made the searching process easy as he is a very warm personality, and was very easy to get in touch with; he also contacted me when he knew a property I liked was about to come to market.

GoogleAs far as estate agents go, Chappell and Mathews are pretty decent. Although there was a miscommunication with the deposit company which delayed our tenancy start date, Zainab, Emma, and Dan worked very hard to get us into the property only a day later. Zainab, Emma, and Dan have been prompt and efficient in dealing with the few issues that cropped up at the start of the tenancy and have been helpful and friendly throughout.

GoogleFantastic support from Debra and the entire C&M team! We've walked in the branch last year, simply told Debra what sort of property we were looking to rent and she had us view 2 places on the same day (one of which we've actually signed and rented) The flat was let to us clean and properly looked after. It made the whole period feel very hassle-free with them only coming in twice for a quick chat, which was very important to us since between full-time jobs and life in general it's not easy to fit in letting agency visits. Will likely come back to C&M when time comes to buy a flat, so will probably leave an updated review on their sales team in the future!

GoogleAs a landlord I have been dealing with Chappell & Matthews for many years and have found the staff there to be very friendly and easy to deal with. The last 2 years have been very difficult with interest rate rises (tracker mortgage) & I have relied on the team at Chappell & Matthews to provide suitable new tenants with the shortest period between rentals. GoogleMy partner and I have recently started renting a property through Chappell & Matthews and throughout the whole process, we have never felt so comfortable and reassured by such a great team. The company kept us informed and assured, making it easy for my partner and I. Special shout out to Daniel for providing such excellent customer service all the way, Chloe for a great end-process (also got a lovely Welcome Gift Box with lots of vouchers and essentials when collecting the keys), and Zenab for being so helpful and offering further support when we called up on the long bank holiday weekend. Couldn't recommend more!

GoogleTrying to rent is an unbelievable stress and relocating to Bristol with a dog was turning into a nightmare. With most estate agents not even returning my call I was losing hope of finding somewhere but thankfully Chloe at Chappell and Matthews helped me find the perfect property and guided this idiot through the entire renting process. Looking to relocate or just moving areas in Bristol? You'd be mad to not pick this estate agent.
