GoogleExceptional! In every way. I have rented in Bristol for 15 years, I have dealt with *numerous* letting agents. None of them even slightly compare to the professionalism, speed and friendly service that I got from Chappell and Matthews. Debra was fantastic, found me a killer property to my budget and called me regularily to keep me updated and let me know when there was something to sign. Everything is signed electronically, super easy, referencing was done in a day (fastest I've ever seen). No hidden costs and all round very happy. GoogleI've used a lot of estate agents to find properties to rent over the years, but Chappell & Matthews have been the best. Hollie found me a beautiful flat that would take a small dog, at a good price, extremely quickly and there wasn't a need to view anymore. They are approachable, helpful and efficient. When I have a problem, their reporting system is quick and easy to use, someone gets onto it very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe live in Scotland and my Daughter is in Japan. We were looking for a property to rent as she plans to return to UK/Bristol soon. We set up mailing lists with 18 Bristol Estate Agencies and of all of them Debra at Chappell and Matthews provided the best service by far. She phoned me within 10 minutes of us subscribing to the mailing list. Although our circumstance was unusual, Debs service level was of the very highest standard throughout and we are very pleased that the process was made simple for us and we have been delighted to fully agree a property within 48 hours. GoogleMy first experience dealing with Chappell and Matthews was brilliant. I am not particular familiar with the area but I was given some very good pointers and ideas by the agent. Not only did she have time to show me the properties I had appointments for, she made time to show me others that I hadn't been aware of. One of which I put in an offer for. Nothing is too much trouble and she really wants to educate those that are finding their way. The name of this estate agent is Julie Dondoua.
