GoogleI would like to say thank you to Etima, our agent in rental services. She is very kind and caring to the clients. I and my husband were looking for a property to rent for our family together with our cat. At first, we felt panic, as we were not familiar with the rental procedures in the UK. Luckily, we have Etima to explain the procedure. She answered the questions we faced during the rental procedure, which is why we are able to rent a house smoothly in the UK. Apart from that, I would like to say thank you to Vanessa. She helps to prepare for the paperwork of our rental process. Thank you for your efficient work. All the documents were well organized. The communication process through email is clear. We feel secure when you are handling the documents for us. I definitely recommend the rental service of Etima and Vanessa, who were working in Chappell & Matthews, to all in need of rental service.

GoogleI am impressed by the professional, outstanding rental services provided by my agents, Etima and Vanessa. Etima is patient and caring to the client. Knowing that this was the first time for me and my family to rent a property in the UK, she explained the procedure and the documents very carefully. She provides alternative options for us, in case the viewing property is not available, we can have an alternative plan. That released our pressure to find a place to move. Vanessa is very efficient. The documents I provided were handled with care. The whole rental procedure was going smoothly and stress-free. I would highly recommend Etima and Vanessa, the agents of Chappell & Matthews, to anyone in need of rental services.

GoogleI have been using Chappell & Matthews’ landlords management service for some time now and have always received excellent service from Chloe Worthington and Vanessa Edgell. Chloe has helped me a lot over recent years both in giving great advice regarding tenancy issues and she has saved me a lot of money with landlord insurance which I greatly appreciate. Vanessa has again paved a very smooth tenancy change and dealt swiftly with any issues. Together they make an invaluable team.

Googlegood rental experience, especially thanks to Debra: she has been great with us, very professional and extremely helpful in every aspect of the rental process, that can be complicated at times! The only flaw for us come after the rental itself: it become sometimes quite difficult to reach our property manager in case of necessity, and the communication can be, for some reason, very slow. overall, we would recommend Chappell & Matthews, and in particular case Debra, the best in her work!
