We’ve just bought a flat through Central Estates. Harry and Dean were excellent throughout - I couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend.

As a buyer, I felt that the process of viewing, and putting in an offer on a property was really smooth and supportive. Harry was excellent and really well informed both during the viewing and after.

Manaan and Matt from the Lettings team at Central Estates were a delight to work with. Easy to contact and quick to respond to all my queries, they helped to keep the process straightforward for me as a first-time-landlord.

During our lengthy house hunt Manaan was genuinely the only one amongst one too many agencies who was the most humane, reached out every so often to see if we're still looking, sought feedback after every viewing and was generally there to listen. The only one. Totally recommend him.

Central Estates Walthamstow and Manaan in particular were extremely helpful in my home finding journey. Manaan took great care to understand what we were looking for within our budget. Manaan was very patient and supportive of our journey, he was responsive and assuring as the housing crises was frustrating and concerning us. We are so happy with the home we now have and are so very grateful to Manaan and the team!!! 5 stars!!!

Absolutely gave me the best service especially near the end of the sale a special thanks to dean (MD) and Oliver in sales I can’t thank them both enough dean gave me allot of time in fact spent way over the time given and just so happy all round service was like a friend to a friend and hope them all the best. Oliver keep up the good work for a young sales man really professional keep it up. Also like to say thanks to matthew for the initial start up when putting the flat up for sale.

After a poor experience with a more "hip" local agent we decided to go with Central. Difficult market conditions meant we needed an agent with the experience & expertise to make the most of all viewings (something the other agent didn't do). Central understood our position & promised only senior agents would manage our viewings, not only did they deliver on this promise we got 11 viewings in the first week, before our ad hit Rightmove! We received 2 offers & Central guided us through the process to what has just become a successful exchange of contracts. Huge thanks to Richard & his team!!

I didn't rent through Central Estates (just had a viewing of one property), but the letting agent (Manaan Rafiq) was incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative. They also have some beautiful properties to let!

Manaan, Nancy and the whole Central team have managed the whole process of renting my property wonderfully, from preparation of the flat, recommendations, repairs, certifications and viewings. Everything has had photos and videos to show what was needed and what had been done, and every step had been clear. A really great experience.

I've been renting through Central Estate Agents for the last couple of years with no issues. They respond quickly to any house repairs or queries. If you can choose your property manager, I'd recommend Nancy Markou as she is not just efficient but also makes the service feel more personal. At the end of the day, even though I don't own the property I live in, it is still my home and Nancy takes that seriously.

Amazing from start to finish. As a novice landlord, renting out my 2 bed flat in Walthamstow, I found the process from start to finish smooth, speedy and really reassuring. I have to specifically call our Manaan who found multiple suitable tenants and got me an excellent price, but also Nancy and Kodie who had me on the phone in various states of panic and who walked me through each stage and sorted everything. If you’re thinking of letting a property, I would highly recommend these guys to both market and manage it for you. Can’t thank them enough.

I had been looking for a house in the area for a while and the staff at Central supported me throughout the process. They quickly got to know what I was looking for and advised me as soon as something came on the market. Special mention to Oliver and Paige.

Great service, prompt communication & my purchase was very smooth. I dealt with Central as they were the agents of the property I was buying. It was great working with Paige during the offer process and later Dean once my offer had been been accepted. Dean was very responsive to all my queries and responded very promptly. The sale was a smooth process. I would recommend Central Estates.
