GoogleI recently bought an investment property through Central Estates and was really impressed with their agent, Harry, who accommodated my endless requests to gain access throughout the conveyancing process. He was super professional with great communication and will no doubt do very well for himself in the future.

GoogleListing fake properties on RightMove using pictures from different listings. Remove them asap as will otherwise follow up with the relevant authorities. A number of the pictures used are of my property and will not hesitate to escalate this.

GoogleLetting department was very efficient when my flat sale fell through and had to rent it out again. Matt had the documents prepared in a day and Manaan and the team found me a new tenant in less two weeks. He kept me informed throughout and is always very polite and easy to work with.

GoogleMy experience was certainly not encouraging. During advertising of the property i was informed of 6 week period and when it approached then was told that i had to give them notice of 2 further weeks. Didnt appear proactive and never managed to meet the manager who was accesible until contract got signed after which never managed to have reasonable conversation

GoogleHave been renting and living in a property with Central Estate Agents E17 for 3 months now and I recommend them highly. Whenever there's been a slight issue, I get in touch with our Property Manager, Nancy Markou, and she gets straight onto it and resolves it really quickly. Highly recommend.

GoogleThanks to Shah and the team but especially to Katie for helping to sell my flat which had a very short lease. Sale was drawn out and extremely stressful but not through any fault on Central's side. Would recommend Central because they market properties really well, they are able to secure viewings quickly and you can speak to staff directly or via email. What happens next salewise depends on how good your solicitors/conveyancers are. Fortunately, I used a very good experienced conveyancer who understood the law so coupled with Central it was a winning combination. Top marks to Central. Thank you all.
