GoogleWe feel so fortunate to have sold our house through Central. From James’ first visit through Mikhael and Katie’s advice and support with the sale, Central’s service has been exceptional. Having lived in properties in Hackney and Walthamstow for around 30 years, we can honestly say that the service we received from Central has surpassed that of any other estate agent we have previously used locally. The team has an authentic knowledge of and genuine passion for the local area, and care about their clients, being proactive without being pushy and always responding promptly to queries. The team made the process as stress free as a big house move can be! We wholeheartedly recommend Central to anyone selling a property in the Walthamstow area.

Given how competitive the market is, we were worried that we would be searching for something for ages. GoogleWe've had a positive experience buying a property listed by Central Estates. Shah was quick and responsive when I first reached out to arrange viewings, and Katie, our sales processor, has been very communicative and helpful throughout the purchasing process. We felt that Central Estates was transparent, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Buying a new home is always a stressful process and it was great to be working with an estate agent who wanted good outcomes for both the vendor and the purchaser.

GoogleHad a pretty awful experience trying to buy a property from central. Probably partly due to the seller but also disappointed with how central manager the process. Some highlights include -Property being down valued by the bank by over 80k -Lack of communication on next steps -Told in email 'if the property was anywhere else in London it would be worth a lot more' like yeah obviously. -Finally negotiated a new price after months of waiting to then be told the garage is no longer part of the property as it was shown on the advert. That was the last straw for me and I hung up and never spoke to them again. Managed to buy a lovely house after with someone else but will never use Central again.

GoogleWe’re coming up to the end of our tenancy due to our landlord selling the property. While stressful, we can’t fault Central and can only thank them for how helpful they’ve been during our time with them. GoogleAlthough I didn’t end up purchasing my property through central estates I still wanted take the time to leave a review for Joe at the Leytonstone branch. From the moment I called I could see he truly had my best intentions at heart and every property he called/emailed about suited the style I had explained I was after, it is unfortunate I couldn’t find through himself however the agency I experienced was much more pro active that what I found else where, best of luck!

GoogleI've privately rented directly to Landlords for the past 9 years so was a little wary of using an estate agent due to bad experiences in the past. However, Central have been brilliant so far and we couldn't be happier. Nancy has been so responsive, friendly and kind in response to the requests we've made since moving in, and Manaan was extremely helpful to us while we were searching for a new place to call home.
