GoogleWe recently completed our house purchase with Central Estate Agents in Walthamstow, and the process was relatively smooth from start to finish. A special mention goes to Ella from the Progressions team, who was exceptional throughout. As first-time buyers, we had many questions, but Ella was always available to answer them and expertly coordinated communication between us and the seller. She took the time to explain each step of the process, which we really appreciated. We felt well-supported and in good hands. Highly recommend Central Estate Agents!

GoogleJoe and Katie were both great in helping me buy through Central, and were clear and proactive in their approaches. Many thanks to you both! I did feel a bit pressured by someone else in the team to go with a ‘recommended’ mortgage broker which I refused, so this approach may be worth taking a look at. This was a small hindrance however and would still recommend Central for e17.

GoogleI chose Central to market my flat because they're a local agent with local knowledge. Viewings were arranged over one day which minimal disruption to my tenants. Within one week, I had a credible offer and the flat was sold within 3 months. The selling process through Central was quick and the staff were very responsive to my queries. I would recommend Central if you want to sell your property quickly and for the best price.
