Experience goes a long way. Central estates is one of the bedrocks of the Waltham Forest borough. They are professional and persistence in their updates and communication. The process from start to finish was exceptional. Central Estates got me within 1.9% of the asking price. The property went live on the Monday, they generated 13 viewings and had a solid offer by the Friday of that week. Harry from Sales Negotiations was solid as a rock throughout the process keeping me updated and taking me through all the options available to me prior to accepting the offer. The buyers were solid throughout the process with Katie from Sales Progression being an incredible source of support throughout the entire process. I was a difficult customer. I can't recommend Central Estates enough and have nothing but absolute praise for the whole team.
