GoogleSold my house through Central Estates. Everyone in the team we felt was working hard for us; responsive, open and honest. Market wasn’t easy at the time and our house was unique in some ways, but a few weeks later, we’re in a great position. Progression team too were quick to reply, to chase and to hold the flame under the various solicitors!

GoogleWe just rent our house less than a month ago. Nancy was at the first appointment, she showed us the house, she was really friendly, she was not just trying to "sell" she was thinking about our future as a family renting a new house. After that, Manaan was there for the whole process, the information was very clear with him, he was really helpful and he supported us with all the questions.

GoogleRecently had to move out of our flat on very short notice. We contacted central estates about a property and they helped us find and complete with in 2 weeks. They were very efficient and transparent. We dealt with Manaan who was very easy to reach and communicated everything very clearly. He even showed us round the property again after hours. Also Alex showed us around the first time and he was very curtious and helpful.

GoogleCan highly recommend Central Estates. They handled both our sale and purchase. Richard Maher definitely knows the Walthamstow Market. Also Joe and Katie were both extremely helpful with getting us the right price for both sale and purchase, and seeing the transaction through to the end.

GoogleI had a deeply frustrating experience with Central Estates while trying to sell and buy a home. From the start, they misrepresented the situation, Katie, who managed the entire process, lied about the seller having an offer when there were none. This kind of dishonesty is incredibly unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress throughout the transaction. Not only did they fail to communicate updates, but they also dragged out the process for far longer than needed. I felt completely in the dark at times and had to chase them for information. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using Central Estates for any property transactions. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.
