⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have known Richard for nearly 30 years, and throughout that time he has helped me buy and sell properties, as well as assisting some of my friends. So when it came to selling my flat in London, there was no question that I would choose Richard and his team. Selling a property while being based in Germany was certainly a challenge and required a great deal of organisation and coordination from both sides. Richard, Paige, Harry, Ella and Katie were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, supportive and always willing to go the extra mile to keep everything moving smoothly. Being abroad can make selling a property much more complicated, but I always felt that everything was in safe hands. The communication and teamwork made a real difference and gave me great confidence throughout the sale. After 30 years of knowing Richard and having experienced his professionalism both personally and through friends, I can highly recommend him and his entire team without hesitation. Thank you, Richard, Paige, Harry, Ella and Katie, for all your hard work and for making what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Absolutely 5 stars, highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This review is specific to our experience with an individual employee of central estates, as per this direct request: > I am collecting reviews from our new tenants based on your experience with me We recently signed a lease after dealing with this person during viewings etc. On the first day after we received the keys it became apparent that there was significant, dangerous, structural problems with the property. This is not in question and a contractor is currently doing work to remediate these problems. The agent we dealt with was polite and approachable during the letting process but once this issue was raised with them after the lease had been signed they refused to speak with us any further and basically stonewalled us, refusing to answer even the most basic questions. Follow ups with colleagues were effective but only after significant pressure. For anyone viewing properties offered by central estates I would suggest that you do so with the utmost rigour and that you should not trust them , even to comply to basic guarantees. The problem in our property is being looked after but it took effort to make that happen. Repeated requests to the employee in question to take accountability were rejected explicitly.
