Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you felt the need to leave us a negative review, however, this does allow us to review our process's for future clients.
Unfortunately, as mentioned by Manaan via email and on the phone, the Inventory company we use is a 3rd party company who the Landlord pays direct. They contact tenants directly to book in Inventory’s of properties that we Let. We ask the company to contact tenants around 10 days before the move in date to arrange an inventory, as this allows enough time for tenants to plan their move. We arranged our contracted cleaners to go to the property the day before, we were unable to release the keys to you the day before your tenancy started as the contract was not in force until the next day, this would have created a legal issue for both the landlord and ourselves.
We hope that your tenancy will be enjoyable, and that during this time you will come to realise we are very attentive and professional, as is reflected in the numerous, vastly positive reviews we receive.

Couldn’t even make up his mind through his emails. First told us there was a deadline to send forms to rent a property at 9am but the agent that did the showing told us to ignore the deadline. When the day came Manaan emailed us at 10:30 asking us how was the property, which we replied saying yes we like it, to get a reply back saying “you missed the deadline but I can put down you liked the property” so I said yes if you can and Manaan said “you’ve missed the deadline there’s nothing I can do”
It’s a shame because there’s so many good reviews on here, but we have had a bad experience. May be due to this individual. Couldn’t even professionally write an email when addressing a customer. No support to ask if there’s any other properties we liked. I felt discriminated against because I was pregnant and that may be why he didn’t want to help find us a property even though me and my husband earn well.
Really disappointed in this agency, wouldn’t recommend unless you want an unpleasant service.

I am very sorry you feel disappointed with your offer not being accepted, as we know it’s hard to find a property at this present time, especially in this competitive market.
We are very thoughtful of current market conditions and how stressful it is to secure a property, this is why we have a very straightforward and clear process in place for people to make an offer.
As per the pre-offer email you received on the day of your viewing, we clearly state which following day and time we would require the offer back by, to enable us to put this forward to the landlord with all other offers received.
We would never advise anyone to disregard this specified time, as highlighted in the email you received, as it would be something outside of the offer process we currently have in place for all rental properties.
As you stated, there are so many good reviews for our Lettings department, so yours is a very isolated experience. In addition, we have never and would never discriminate against any pregnant person, on the contrary, we have let properties to numerous expectant mothers/parents.
I can only apologise that your offer couldn’t be considered, and we will continue to send you over any new properties that fit your requirements.
If there is any other way we could be of assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
