GoogleMikhael Brown booked a viewing for me but it was extremely poorly organised and noone turned up to let me in. Mikhael was progressively combative and rude in 5 follow up emails where he stated I must have gone to the wrong address. Very unprofessional, and took no ownership of the situation, and clearly has no empathy or basic customer service skills. Avoid.

GoogleThanks to Katie, Rich, Mikhael, Neil and the rest of the Central team for their support through what is inevitably a stressful process (selling). After promptly putting my property on the market, I must have had about 30 viewings by the first weekend, ultimately resulting in a sale. Completing on Monday, so would highly recommend Central to anyone looking to sell!

GoogleE17 finest! Throughout the entire process of selling our family home, Central (Mikael) were fantastic. We had a few hurdles to overcome but at every stage they were able to help guide us. Communication was great and we felt like they were there until we Completed the sale. Highly recommended!!

GoogleWe marketed our property with Central after having been on for about six weeks with another local agent without receiving any offers. Central had a different approach, making the most of the best features and being pro-active in the promotion. We were most impressed as, after only one weekend, we had several offers on the table to choose from. However, from this point on, things didn't progress as well as we expected. It became very difficult to speak with anyone from Progression, even to the point of asking the agent we were buying from to try to get answers, which, unfortunately. the were not able to get replies to messages/phone calls etc. Central, in our opinion, need to improve their communication with

GoogleHelped us rent a flat. The communication and professionalism from Manaan was excellent. We currently are having a great experience with Manaan and the team. Initial review April 2023 Since this review I would not recommend renting through central estates. We have had a number of issue with the property which has made the last 2 months living here very difficult. These issues include damp and mould as well as rats and ants roaming within the property and destroying our personal belongings. Even worse is that when voicing our issues with the property there has been a very negative attitude towards us as tenants and questions being avoided when asking about damp and mould within the property before we moved in (March 23). As well as this there has been no courtesy apology for the current situation of rats freely roaming our kitchen and living room area while we have barricaded ourselves in the bedroom and are having to clean our flat every morning and evening in fear of catching something and becoming ill from the rats.

GoogleCentral are genuinely brilliant estate agents and great people to work with. After meeting a few of their team, I trusted them to sell my flat as they were already selling the house my partner and I wanted to buy. This proved time and time again to be such a valuable decision. Throughout the whole process they've been engaged, proactive, professional and focused on getting everything over the line while keeping everyone involved happy. The transactions haven't always been easy (definitely not down to Central!) and there have been so many occasions where we've seen the true value of their decades of experience come into play. We couldn't be more grateful for everything they've done to help us and we'll be recommending them to all of our friends who are considering a move into the areas they cover. If you're on the fence, look no further. I really don't think you'll find better. A big thanks again to the whole team!
