GoogleReally happy with the service I received from Central - as a first time buyer everything was new to me and I felt quite daunted by the whole process but Paige and everyone else I dealt with gave me good advice and were really helpful and supportive the whole way through. I'm very happy with my new flat!

GoogleI've had some bad experiences with estate agents so I was a bit taken aback by the service from Central. Our property manager, Nancy Markou, was fantastic, she was helpful and attentive throughout our entire tenancy. We actually felt like she was 'on our side', which was very refreshing! Highly recommend these guys, five stars with no hesitation.

GoogleI have had a great experience renting through Central Estates E17, in particular having Nancy Markou as our property manager has been amazing. We had low water pressure and no heating - within a few minutes of sending an email to Nancy, the engineer called to let us know he would come within the hour. Cannot express my gratitude enough!

GoogleI've been using Central for property management since 2015 and they are still the best in Walthamstow when it comes to understanding the market. Recently Nancy and Manaan from the team re-marketed my property and found new tenants in under a fortnight - during the process they have both been super helpful and communicative and made what could have been a complex process vey smooth and easy. Thanks both!

GoogleWe have been with Central Agency for almost three years and our experience has been quite alright. Two days ago, the property manager (Nancy Markou) came for an annual inspection and all I can say was that Nancy is a very positive and bubbly professional with an eye for a detail. We had a lovely chat, and she also explained to us all the questions we have had for her. If you have an enquiries regarding the property you are renting certainly Nancy is the best person to help you with. We were very happy with her visit.
Dear Vennie, thank you for taking the time to review us and a special thank you from Nancy for the kind words. Neil
