GoogleShah at Central Properties assisted us through the whole process of finding and buying a property. He was very clear and responsive via email and always called/emailed back as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to use Shah or Central Properties again in the future.
Dear Nathan, Thank you ever so for your review, it means alot. Neil

GoogleI sold my flat in Leyton 8 years ago with this bunch of lying crooks and I really wish I hadn't. Richard Mahar (the manager) is a lying, money grabbing slimeball, and Danny (who was my sales person) was throughly unpleasant and aggressive, shouting at me down the phone to accept offers and reduce the price of my flat. They overvalue your property to get you on their books then try to bully you into lowering the price and accept a cheap offer so they can get a quick and easy sale. All the positive reviews are no doubt fake reviews written by Central themselves, because no one in their right mind would recommend these lying con men.
Dear Steve, according to our records we sold you property in 2010 and I did not receive any complaints from you at the time. Then a year ago you wrote another negative review. Whilst we appreciate our customers feedback to help us improve our service to our clients, some of your comments are aggressive and un necessary, especially when we dealt with you some 8 years ago? However, if you would like to contact me here at the office I would be happy to discuss any issues you may have. Regards Neil

GoogleMy partner and I have just sold our property through central and we can't say how thankful we are! James gave us a very realistic valuation and overview of the market and the sales team did a fantastic job with the level of viewings generated. We are extremely happy with the price that the team managed to achieve for us and that they got the sale through quicker than we thought was possible! Very impressive given the dire state of the market at the moment and various horror stories that we have heard! A special thanks to Rich for putting up with our barrage of calls and emails and generally taking care of us. Massive thanks to all the team for their hard work! Would definitely recommend!
Dear Lewis, thank you for your review, I have let the team know and we all wish you the very best in the future. Neil

GoogleManaan was great from the start. Showed us the same property 3 times and was very patient as we took 2 weeks to make a final decision. He kept us up to date with other properties as well. The moment we decided to take the property it took Manaan around 3-4 days to sort out the references and got us moved in very quickly. I could not recommend Manaan highly enough.
Dear Nad, thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated. Kindest Regards Neil

GoogleI can not recommend Central Estate agents enough to anyone that is Selling or Buying in Walthamstow area. Within 10 days they found me a buyer which was impressive. After sale falling through, because of buyer pulling out, Central put the property back on the market and within 10 days another buyer found. It has been a pleasure working with a professional, courteous, switched on and no nonsense bunch of people. Richard, Dean and Katie, thank you very much for your hard work and nice doing business with you.
Hi Sam, thank you ever so much for your review. Neil

GoogleWe recently rented a flat from Manaan at Central Estate Agents and found him to be great to deal with. He was efficient, didn't mess around and sorted everything out very quickly and was very helpful. By far the best estate agents I've dealt with in London-highly professional!
Hi Ruth, Thank you for your review. I have spoken to Manaan regarding your comments, we really appreciate your feedback. Neil

GoogleAs prospective buyers, we were very impressed with Central Estates. We dealt mainly with Shah, who understood what we were looking for and went out of his way to help us achieve an accepted offer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through, but Shah was helpful even afterwards when we were negotiating through another agent. Many thanks!
Hi, Its nice to get the feedback, especially when Shah has gone above and beyond to help. I will be rewarding his efforts. Neil Director

GoogleGreat service and highly recommend. They valued my property more than other agents and then achieved over the asking price! They also provided a great recommendation for a conveyance solicitor. If your selling in walthamstow or further afield use central.
Thank you Peter for your review, we really appreciate your feedback. Neil

Googlewe recently exchanged contracts on a property through Central Estates and would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a few unexpected mortgage related issues pop up on our end that made the process lengthier than anticipated and Central did an excellent job communicating, staying on top of everything and advancing the sale. Thanks Katie and team!
Dear Pat, thank you so much for your review. I am glad you mentioned Katie, as we feel she is doing a great job. Your review only reinforces our opinion. Neil

GoogleOutstanding from day one!! I have been house hunting for the past couple of months and was reccomended to go to central estates by a friend. When I phoned up I was greeted by Danny who was very efficient in answering all the questions I had bout the current market and area. 2 months down the line I have just had an offer accepted though them and this is purely down to Danny’s excellent listening skills and persistence on getting weekly property lists sent over to me. I couldn’t be thankful enough and can’t wait to move in to my new home. Thank you central estates, I will be recommending you to all of my friends looking to move to the area.
Thank you for your kind review. I have passed on your feedback to our team.

GoogleFantastic service, really friendly staff. The only estate agent in walthamstow that also does evening viewings which is great considering most people work until 5:30. Rich/Katie and James were incredibly helpful and would thoroughly recommend Central over anyone else.
Dear Tom, thank you for you review. I am glad the team has exceeded your expectations. Neil
