GoogleI seriously can not recommend central estates highly enough. The whole process was handled so professionally. From start to finish James was so knowledgeable of the area and current market. while Katie was a treasure keeping me informed. Rich was always willing to go that extra mile and made the whole process of selling so smooth. This agent will go above and beyond to help. They found me a buyer within days. Thanks guys

GoogleA 5 star service from Central. Rich took the time to get to know us and worked hard to find the right home for us whilst giving us great tips along the way. Ultimately we did not find a house with Central, but everything we learnt from viewings with Rich helped us. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleI cannot advise strongly enough against using Central if you can possibly avoid it. Their incompetence cost us thousands of pounds and we never even received an apology. We were first time buyers on what should have been a very straightforward purchase, and due to the negligence and incompetence of their staff our purchase fell through. They never ever contacted us at all, and whenever we phoned or emailed to ask what was causing the delays (we spent over 15 weeks in conveyancing for no reason at all) they made us feel like we were bothering them unnecessarily, and basically told us to stop contacting them. Although friendly initially, for the majority of our interactions after our offer was accepted they were rude and even sometimes aggressive. I realise everyone's experience will be different and though I would never normally leave reviews for poor service I feel obliged to try and warn any potential buyers (or sellers) out there to avoid dealing with these malicious cowboys at all costs. This industry is in desperate need of greater regulation.

GoogleDefinitely recommend central as I have personally done work experience with them for a week but in that week I really enjoyed myself. The week before I had worked in a solicitors did not like it at all compared to working here. I definitely recommend them for work experience as they are outgoing, friendly and welcoming!

GoogleI had to deal with this agency in the past. They are simply crooks. They basically did everything to not reimburse me my deposit ... telling me that the flat needed some works some paintings etc... they took more than 2000 gbp from our deposit ... i visited the renters after me and they havent done any works and no painting at all... on top of it when the agency need something they breath behind your neck 24/7 and calling non stop but we needed something and tried to call them or get in touch they never ever picked up the phone or answered email I do not recommend this agency at all ...

Our office is in Bath, so it was always nice to have a contact that is willing to go above and beyond to help out with a potential new tenant. Well done, Manaan has been fabulous!

GoogleAs prospective buyers, we were very impressed with Central Estates. We dealt mainly with Shah, who understood what we were looking for and went out of his way to help us achieve an accepted offer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through, but Shah was helpful even afterwards when we were negotiating through another agent. Many thanks!

GoogleReason I enjoyed dealing with and endorse Central is based on the fact they were very pro-active knowledgable and always available. If I ever sell/buy a property again I surely will deal with them.
