GoogleRich Maher and Danny Firth sorted our flat purchase. They were great throughout, such that we have recommended Central to friends already. Rich even helped us sort out stylistic changes we were making to the flat before we moved in, and was great at communication throughout. We moved in only 2 months after making the offer, in large part due to Rich’s speedy work. Thanks guys!

GoogleCentral Estates (in particular Danny Firth) were excellent in helping me secure my home. After nearly a year (and losing out on 3 houses) I nearly threw in the towel but glad I didn’t and moved in on Friday. Danny was great, always on time, called me with the right houses and didn’t spam me with houses that didn’t fit my criteria. Most of all he’s a nice guy with none of the ‘typical’ estate agent traits. Just wish I’d sold through them too. Stu

GoogleI have bought 3 properties with Central and sold 2. Throughout I have had excellent service. I have also rented one property through Central Estate Agents and they could not have been more helpful. They will be my first port of call the next time I need an Estate agents in Walthamstow. I have also recommended them to good friends who have also been very happy with the service that they have received. I have just rented my flat out again and Manaan and David could not have been more helpful.

GoogleCentral Estate Agents are the best estate agents we have encountered in the Wthamsltow area (for context we’ve been looking in E17 for a year - recently made urgent by the imminent arrival of our first baby). Always responsive, reliable and impartial, even though Central weren’t marketing the property we ended up offering on Rich talked us through the pros and cons of the properties that we were looking at buying and gave independent advice - invaluable to us as first time parents moving to a new area. Central listened to what we were looking for and only brought us relevant properties and made sure we were always aware of how those properties would work for us. Our only disappointment was that we weren’t able to buy through them. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe purchased our first property in Walthamstow in August 2018. We would thoroughly recommend Central Estates. In particular, Rich worked tirelessly to assist us over the course of many viewings and our ultimate purchase. He was willing to take calls at weekends and also whilst on holiday to ensure our transaction was driven forward and got over the line successfully. The other numerous Central Estates sales staff that we encountered were all very friendly, approachable and helpful. A big thanks to all. All had good knowledge of the local area and all houses on the market. We would also note, that, on the whole Central Estates seem to be sensible on the prices that they value properties at compared with some other agents in the area.

GoogleI have had a really great experience with Central as a first time buyer. They explained everything in an accessible way and kept me in the loop about the whole process. Their knowledge of the area is fantastic and I would highly recommend them. Rich especially made the process less stressful and talked about the properties realistically and honestly. GoogleMy girlfriend and I found flat searching with Central Estates (and Rich in particular) absolutely wonderful. Although we didn't end up buying with CE, Rich made the whole process enjoyable, easy and comfortable -- especially important as we were first time buyers. He was friendly and knowledgeable, ready with guidance/advice, but never pushy. The whole team was always patient and thoughtful and the customer service excellent. Wholeheartedly recommended!

GoogleI never thought I'd say the phrase "My estate agents were great" but that genuinely was the case with Central. I had a long chat with Neil when I first went in, about the area and what I was after. He was so friendly and felt like he actually cared - especially as a first time buyer. Then I went on viewings with Rich, who was also great. Not pushy at all and also felt like he was just as excited as me. Great comms from everyone involved. I went to see other estate agents on the street and it felt like me asking just to be on their list was like I'd just punched their cat. Another agent on the street does group viewings, which was also a horrendous experience. Central were the total opposite, making that whole side of the process actually stress free - once the buyer had accepted my offer, there was no more back and forth. Couldn't recommend enough.
