GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! It is the worst real estate agence that I've ever seen in my entire life. I do NOT recommend it to anyone , actually stay as far as you can from those people. They are liars, they only call you when they need something from you but when you have no wifi and no water (that's what happened for me and my roommate) they don't answer or they say that they can't do anything about it; they lied to our faces saying that they won't be any constructions on Saturday near our place (Marylebone) and as you can understand they were, but the real estate agent managed to show us the place on a Saturday with no construction. Plus, at the end of the tenancy we had some issues with them on our deposit: they tried to steal from us by charging us a cleaning at £150 saying that the person who cleaned stayed 10 hours in the apartment (a 2 bedroom) for £15/h with no invoice (I had to ask for it and I can send you the invoice it's a joke)... I have a lot to say on this agency if you want some informations please feel free to contact me I will be happy to show you the emails so that you will see with your own eyes what kind of agency it is.

GoogleHighly Recommend Central Estates Marylebone - lovely people and great customer service. I was recently a tenant in a home they managed; they were always extremely helpful and always available to respond to any queries I had. I cannot fault them Thanks Again!!!

GoogleOverall, a good service. At the start of our tenancy Central Estates were a bit slow to resolve certain issues but, after some prompting and a few phone calls, they got much better and, thereafter, any issues were resolved in a timely manner. They were also appreciative of our concerns regarding certain aspects of our move-out inventory, which was good.

GoogleI wanted to buy a flat through this estate agent but they are just so rude and pushy! You'll have a difficult job every time you want them to communicate with the seller. Try and buy through a different estate agent!

GoogleA bunch of overly aggressive liars and slimey con men who will tell you anything to make you part with your money. Put my house on the market with them and they promised to sell it for a high price, then one week later put it down to a much lower price and blamed me for the fact no one was interested in it when it was priced way too high! Then spouted off a bunch of made up garbage about how the price of my place was going to crash (it then went up considerably!) and imminent interest rate rises (they still haven't gone up 5 years later...) meant I had to sell right now or I'd be ruined. They really are the lowest of the low (especially Richard and Danny in sales, a pair of lying sleazebags), do yourself a favour and use another estate agent, Central Estates are the worst agency I've encountered, avoid like the plague. EDIT: Dear Neil from Central Estates, regarding your response below, I would like to say my review was actually GENUINE. I use an alias for privacy purposes, it is not uncommon on the internet. Trying to dismiss me as a rival competitor is tedious and makes you look foolish....if I was trying to do this then surely I'd use a regular name like Dave Smith or try to find the name of one of your former customers and use their name? I wrote the review because I was highly dissatisified with my experience with Central, not to tarnish your name...judging by the comments below plenty of other people have also had bad experiences with you and your "good name" hardly needs tarnishing as it's already tarnished enough. I have no interest in contacting you or speaking to you again, I just wrote a review so that nice people could be forewarned avoid the bad experiences I've experienced as a result of working with you.
