One of the worst agent I have ever dealt with! And in last 10 years I have moved houses more than 10 times. We have arrange a viewing for Saturday around 3.00pm. We were there 10 min early waiting on a hot day with our 1.5 year old baby and guess what no one turned up and they did not even call us at all. Our baby was crying and we were waiting there basically for nothing. then we called them on Monday to find out why they were unable to attend, They told us they will investigate and let us know but later on we have seen online the property was let agreed already. And they did not even call us back to tell us that on Monday so we did not even get an update from them. They dont even deserve 1 star to be honest. Avoid them for any cost!NegativeProfessionalism, Value

A team who work exceptionally well together and with us as clients. They were timely and supportive. We originally bought our flat with them and sold it with them too. We have recommended Central to friends and family - all have been impressed with their professionalism and straigh-forward approach. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic company, our experience of buying a home was improved no end by the sale agents at central estates. All viewings were on time and questions always answered. Uncertainties caused by Covid could have broken the chain but great communication from Richard and the team kept it together. Highly recommend!

A great experience working with Central, both to sell our flat and purchase a new place. All members of the team were friendly and kind, making the process as easy as it could be. We’d recommend them to anyone buying and selling in Walthamstow. They were very quick to send properties over before they went online and booking in viewings was super easy. No complaints at all!

The whole team were really amazing at central. I dealt with Rich mostly who often took phone calls from me when I needed advice on the property. And all the teamwere really respectful when they came to do viewings. We had a NIGHTMARE landlord to say the least and they all really went out of their way to help us deal with it in the best way possible. We had initially rented the property through another estate agents who were of no use to us, ignoring our emails etc. The property was it was just for sale with Central so we never paid them any fee or expected much from them but they really helped us vacate the property as smoothly as possible

I sold my flat through Central and would recommend them, they were really quick to get lots of people in for viewings and gave honest feedback. Rich was always available to chat - even about the properties that I was viewing to buy with other agents and I absolutely value his opinion. I felt the progression team weren't as strong, I didn't feel they kept me in the loop and they rarely returned my calls or emails unless pushed. However Rich made this experience positive overall as I feel he went over and above in terms of getting my sale through and making himself available when I needed him. Definitely the best team in E17!

Central were amazing, Richard Maher in particular went above and beyond to get a very lengthy sale completed. It was a very problematic sale and Richard was always available to offer advice, calm nerves and deal with every eventuality. He made every effort to get the sale through and provided contacts and tradespeople when needed, speaking to solicitors, buyers, freeholders, etc and negotiating a way out of some very difficult situations. His professionalism was exemplary and I simply couldn't have done it without him.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently sold our flat through Central - a 10-month process which was entirely down to problems with our chain above, and Central were excellent throughout (especially in comparison to other agents involved in the chain). Their initial estimate of what to market the property for was pretty spot on, and we achieved close to asking price from three separate offers in the end, after lots of viewings and interest. When things turned difficult with the chain above us, Central were on hand to offer creative solutions that might help, and showed willing to go above and beyond to make it all happen - even though it shouldn't have fallen to them to fix the onward chain. Special thanks to Dean who probably earned his commission three times over from all the extra advice and counselling! Would have no hesitation recommending to others looking to sell in Walthamstow.

My brother and I had to sell our deceased Mother’s house in a very competitive market. Our main contact was Rich Maher, who was so good and passionate about his job that he made it his personal mission to ensure we completed the sale, especially after we had been let down by two perspective buyers at the twelfth hour.Rich went above and beyond with his sheer persistence and drive and was always available for advice.I highly recommended Rich and the team and thanks again for sealing the deal.
