GoogleThe house we're buying is actually through another agent in e17 but wish we could have bought through Central! Rich was great to deal with throughout our search - providing honest advice and always keeping us top of mind for any houses that came in and listening to our feedback on any viewings. Would recommend Central without hestitation.

GoogleWe recently sold our flat through Central - a 10-month process which was entirely down to problems with our chain above, and Central were excellent throughout (especially in comparison to other agents involved in the chain). Their initial estimate of what to market the property for was pretty spot on, and we achieved close to asking price from three separate offers in the end, after lots of viewings and interest. When things turned difficult with the chain above us, Central were on hand to offer creative solutions that might help, and showed willing to go above and beyond to make it all happen - even though it shouldn't have fallen to them to fix the onward chain. Special thanks to Dean who probably earned his commission three times over from all the extra advice and counselling! Would have no hesitation recommending to others looking to sell in Walthamstow.

GoogleI sold my flat through Central and would recommend them, they were really quick to get lots of people in for viewings and gave honest feedback. Rich was always available to chat - even about the properties that I was viewing to buy with other agents and I absolutely value his opinion. I felt the progression team weren't as strong, I didn't feel they kept me in the loop and they rarely returned my calls or emails unless pushed. However Rich made this experience positive overall as I feel he went over and above in terms of getting my sale through and making himself available when I needed him. Definitely the best team in E17!

GoogleWhen I registered with Central Estates, I was happy to read the reviews. Unfortunately, during my time with them, they sent customers to me without any rep and turned up at the door. The Estate Agent gave me no feed back from those customers who visited the property. Although I was promised a call back, there was no response! I then, gave my two weeks notice to finish the contract, they were not bothered, nor were they interested to reply back to my cancellation e-mail. Not a very good service for me.

GoogleA professional service from Claire Georgiou and the team from the viewing through to completion of the contract and beyond. We were able to negotiate around the start date with the tenancy with the landlady and also with other incidentals regarding the flat, which made a huge difference to us. Highly recommend and a valuable asset to the lettings industry.

GoogleReally great service! Central were incredibly supportive throughout the entire purchasing process, all the way from making the initial offer on the property to exchange of contracts. Everyone I interacted with at Central were always very responsive to calls and emails. Dean McGowan in particular was very helpful during exchange of contracts.

GoogleWe didn't actually end up buying a house with Central but throughout the whole process Rich was brilliant, even when it became clear that the place we wanted wasn't one of theirs! Always happy to chat things through, helping and honest. Highly recommended and when we do come to sell (hopefully not for a long time!) we would definitely use Rich and the team.

GoogleFrom viewings to buying a house, the service we received was very efficient and professional. They really know their clients and try to facilitate this difficult process. A massive thank you to Rich without whose endless hard work we would not have been able to find somewhere which suits us so well. Only slight blip was the house being listed on websites as for sale for about 4 days after our offer had been accepted, but Central were clear that this was a mistake and no competing bids were accepted. Would definitely recommend dealing with them

GoogleTerrible service, not replying to emails for last two months. I do not recommend them as a tenant. I was living with them for a year. After a year I gave a notice about moving out from the property. This notice was confirmed by the agency and they replying that my move out date is 2nd of August so I happily moved out in July 2018 (before my move out date). In June 2019, I received an email from insurance company claiming that I have outstanding legal costs. After opening attachments I figured out that there was a court order for not paying rent against me in December 2018. The court order was for the dates after my move out date (10th of August to November 2018). I didn't know about the court to defend myself as the letters were sent to address where I was not living anymore. I contacted insurance agency as well as Central Estate Agents in June as I thought it was a mistake to submit me to the court. Insurance agency was really supportive and communicative, which sadly is not the case for Central Estate Agents. They didn't reply to my 5 emails since June, it is difficult to call responsible people in the office and when i did manage to contact them they hanged after I told them that the call is being recorder.
Dear Martin, Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any delay in our response. Due to the level of arrears the landlord was forced to take legal action to take back possession of the property. I have spoken to the management department and we have not received any official notice from you. At the point you said you vacated the property there were significant arrears, as a joint tenant you are jointly liable for such arrears. As the matter has been settled in court this is unfortunately out of our control, I recommend speaking to citizens advice to assist you. Should you wish to discuss this matter further I can book an appointment for you to come in to our office. Neil
