That makes her the one you should go after if you are looking for an agent that will very quickly understand who you are, your taste and what your priorities are. I believe Harriet likes a challenge and is determined to deliver without asking you to compromise. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and I was not willing to settle for less than what I had on my very specific list, and rather than to stir me or push me to settle Harriet was determined to find me what I was looking for and she somehow managed to tick all the boxes even though I had plenty.

She understood our requirements, and regularly provided properties for us to consider. Matthew was top draw, he provided a fantastic customer experience. The whole process was seamless, and Matthew helped navigate us through matters. He was professional, open & honest and always delivered on his promises. The experience did not stop at sale - which can often be the case.....he continued to support our needs throughout the whole tenancy. In summary, I would defiantly use CBRE again - and in Matthew you have a real star!

First of all so sorry, that my review is coming so late. Should have done it weeks ago because Alex had definitely deserved it ! He helped me to negotiate earlier date of moving in my studio flat, then he helped me with furnishing and finally with my first rental payment which wasn't easy because I am a Croatian citizen. He was and still is always here, available for any renting problem and information. I can highly recommend Alex to any future tenant. He is young but responsible, fast and kind with - I'm sure bright professional future ahead of him.

Although I didn't find my final property with CBRE, Matthew spent quite a lot of time showing me properties. He has a fantastic manner. He knows his properties very well and was excellent in finding the exact type of properties I was looking for. He guaranteed not to waste your time or pressure you to view a place that is out of budget or outside of what you want. He's a total 5-star agent.
