Daniella was amazing to work with, professional, extremely helpful, honest, reliable and made searching for a property so much easier and stress free. I first met Daniella when our new joiner used CBRE to find her first home when moving over from another country and I had the pleasure of meeting Daniella when looking at this property found by my colleague. When I had another project come up to find a property short term for another colleague coming from overseas Daniella came to mind and I had no reason to look elsewhere. If we had to do this all over again I wouldn't hesitate to call on Daniella.

Completion of my new flat was delayed due to the Christmas holidays and thus only took place on 3rd January 2018. To my amazement, Will and his team had liaised closely with all stakeholders and had the furnishings company mobilised to fit-out the flat in the morning of the 4th January - for my tenant to move in on the same afternoon. So literally, ZERO void period. As an overseas landlord and thus not even in the UK when my flat was being handed over - I cannot thank Will and the CBRE team enough for the seamless service. From identification of my unit - the purchase - and then the subsequent letting, CBRE have exceeded all my expectations and put other agents I have used, to shame. Especially as I have been overseas through the entire process!

Used CBRE as sole selling agent, and worked with Darren Gibbinson throughout the process. Had the luxury of a generous time to sell and complete given my anticipated moving on date and so had the opportunity to test the market and gauge the appropriate market price under Darren’s guidance. Excellent marketing materials were produced, photos, brochures, on-line presence, video tour etc., all managed by Darren, who also hosted viewings often at short notice. We secured an offer relatively quickly, and Darren kept me informed and updated throughout the survey and sale process, liaising and chasing the eventual first time buyer until we finally completed successfully. As the buyer was prone to delaying, never having purchased before, Darren gave reassurance and helped what is always a stressful operation go as smoothly as possible. A great personal, tailored service from a large organisation. Highly recommended.

Daniella was an excellent agent for my recent rental search. She listened and intuited my needs fully, producing a list of possibilities the next day that were spot on. She quickly set up showings, and was always available, upbeat, and friendly. She got me through the inevitable dithering stage with great patience while steadily nudging me along. Once I decided on a place, the process went without a hitch and I ended up with I place I adore at a price I think is fair. All along the way, I felt like I had an advocate and a real partner. I recommend Daniella highly and would not hesitate to partner with her again.
