Daniella was an excellent agent for my recent rental search. She listened and intuited my needs fully, producing a list of possibilities the next day that were spot on. She quickly set up showings, and was always available, upbeat, and friendly. She got me through the inevitable dithering stage with great patience while steadily nudging me along. Once I decided on a place, the process went without a hitch and I ended up with I place I adore at a price I think is fair. All along the way, I felt like I had an advocate and a real partner. I recommend Daniella highly and would not hesitate to partner with her again.

Harriet was an absolute delight to work with, her efficiency is unremarkable and she completely understood the kind of property I was looking for and doesn't try to stir me towards any direction. Harriet is well knowledged about her sector, any request I gave she seems to immediately have in mind a property to show me. It's hard to find an agent who really put herself in my shoe as a tenant to look out for what would accommodate all my needs but she would do exactly that. Any question or request were promptly answered. Harriet is excellent and driven at her work, would highly recommend her to anyone.

As all good real estate agents do, Lydia first tested me by showing me a few properties to gauge what really interested me. Then she found the perfect apartment to suit my tastes and needs. From the moment I decided to let the apartment, Lydia was there to guide me through the process, which was a bit more difficult than usual, as I'm located overseas as is the owner. She helped me cut a mutually agreeable deal with the owner, got the paperwork through the "system" and responded to all my questions, no matter how trivial they might have been. I always felt in sure hands. And she always did it in good spirit. I always felt like her only customer, although I'm sure there are many. Many thanks for a great experience!

I met Harriet on my daughter's strong recommendations. She studies in London and Harriet has been helping her find a flat at a suitable budget/ location for about 2 months. In the entire process of flat hunting, she kept in touch regularly with new listings that answered our needs. Though the two offers did not eventually materialise, Harriet continued to support my 20-year-old with excellent advice on best practices, and helped to verify important and confusing pieces information on market practices coming from different sources. She has a great deal of ownership in cases she takes on. We love that. I am very pleased to have met Harriet, I find in her a trusted individual who is best of class in her practice, not just in London, but in any part of the world. She is a keeper.

Many lettings agents in London are driven by a sell-side approach, are pushy and don't listen to their client. Alex was very easy to work with and guided the process very professionally to a great outcome. I continued with CBRE because of him.

That makes her the one you should go after if you are looking for an agent that will very quickly understand who you are, your taste and what your priorities are. I believe Harriet likes a challenge and is determined to deliver without asking you to compromise. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and I was not willing to settle for less than what I had on my very specific list, and rather than to stir me or push me to settle Harriet was determined to find me what I was looking for and she somehow managed to tick all the boxes even though I had plenty.
