He let me look at several flats in the same block with different views and then go back and compare in day light a day later. Daniella helped us to find a flat last year and was really great so, when we decided to move again this year, she was our first port of call. Daniella is really friendly and remembered us from last year including all of our requirements. She listened carefully to our feedback on our existing flat and was able to show us a number of potentially suitable places. We were able to secure our favourite and Daniella got everything sorted in a pretty tight timeframe, which was complicated by the fact that we were travelling abroad at the time. Daniella is so much more likeable and easy going than agents at some other firms (who can be really pushy!) so we were really pleased to find a place with her again.

Marcin is a very professional lettings negotiator. A personable individual who comes across well during any email, phone or face-to-face interaction. He is patient enough to achieve results and he is client service driven. Most importantly, he keeps his clients posted through an on-going communication and he is respectful towards their time constraints or their tight schedule. He has provided with great offerings so far while these have improved substantially throughout time. I am rating him only as 'good' not because he is not better than that but because he has a great potential to evolve at an even higher level. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent in East London.

We were looking for an apartment in London and I flew in one day and found two apartments I really liked. Jessica, one of the agents I dealt with was very helpful during this search as she gave me all the information and the time I needed to look at the places. It is crucial that you feel the agent gives you enough time in the apartment, as it is quite an important decision to actually bid on a place. So we were very pleased when the landlord accepted our offer and the administrative side was also dealt with speedily and professionally. I can only recommend Jessica, it is a pleasure to have to do with her.

It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with a genuine professional agent in London in a market which is saturated with inexperienced, unprofessional agents. Emily went above and beyond our expectations and really took the time to listen to our requirements. Following a number of viewings Emily thought outside the box and mentioned a property which was soon to be available which sounded ideal but she had not yet viewed herself. As we were ahead of the curve on this one Emily arranged a visit for us and thanks to her proactive approach and foresight the apartment was ideal. Thanks Emily :)

Will and I spoke in connection with a flat I was looking to rent. Whilst that flat was not available for the dates I required, Will kept my details on record. A few weeks later whilst I was abroad he contested me about a potential flat which he felt would suit my requirements. Although I couldn't view it in person (due to being abroad) Will went out of his way to facilitate my situation including sending photos and enabling me to conduct a FaceTime viewing from Toronto! I ended up reserving the flat. Whilst there were delays with my ultimately getting the flat (due to contractor/developer issues), Will was available to respond to my (numerous) requests for information and updates and in doing so was able to manage both my concerns (as tenant) and no doubt the landlords too. He was prompt, considerate, efficient and always went beyond normal expectations even ultimately assisting with helping me to move boxes and deal with post completion matters after I was technically someone else's responsibility. I cannot but recommend Will in the highest terms - an exceptional agent and a credit to his team.

We moved to the UK this year, and Emily went out of her way to help us find a flat. When she and I met up and she said "We're going to see nine places this afternoon" I thought she was joking. Sure enough, she had arranged access to a range of places, making the best possible use of my time. Each time a place wasn't right for us, I'd say "Nope" and she'd say "Right then, on we go." without attempting to talk me into anything. We love where we're living now, and the next time we're looking for a place to live, I'll contact Emily first. I trust her, and enjoy working with her..
