A True Professional

Coming over from the US, Alex took us on a tour around London on a Saturday for twelve hours, simply to accomdate our schedule as we were only in own for a brief twenty four hours with the sole purpose of finding a flat. His range of picks for us to look at was exactly what we had hoped for, with each one a potential place. When we found "the one", I'm quite sure Alex did not eat or sleep until we had secured the property. We had gone back to the states and, because of the time difference, had to speak at times that were late at night or early in the morning for him. Every time he answered and he got the job done effortlessly, making a particularly nerve wracking process of finding a home in a foreign country something I hope we have the opportunity to have Alex's help doing again in the future. A true professional, highly recommended.

A credit to the profession!

I have worked with a variety of agents both letting and buying throughout London over the last 10 years and Matthew is the single best professional I have ever dealt with in property. His approach to dealing with me was to actually listen and understand my needs and tailor the experience and suggestions to what I personally was looking for. That intelligent, professional approach meant that I found the exact style of property I was looking for. After this, his speed and accuracy of execution was fantastic and he made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Really friendly - Daniella is our preferred letting agent!

Daniella helped us to find a flat last year and was really great so, when we decided to move again this year, she was our first port of call. Daniella is really friendly and remembered us from last year including all of our requirements. She listened carefully to our feedback on our existing flat and was able to show us a number of potentially suitable places. We were able to secure our favourite and Daniella got everything sorted in a pretty tight timeframe, which was complicated by the fact that we were travelling abroad at the time. Daniella is so much more likeable and easy going than agents at some other firms (who can be really pushy!) so we were really pleased to find a place with her again.

Everything worked out very well

We were looking for an apartment in London and I flew in one day and found two apartments I really liked. Jessica, one of the agents I dealt with was very helpful during this search as she gave me all the information and the time I needed to look at the places. It is crucial that you feel the agent gives you enough time in the apartment, as it is quite an important decision to actually bid on a place.
