GoogleWe bought a run down property via Darren and Daniel. At the time the neglected house was sublet and managed by CBRE (Emily Taylor). I have been promised a professional cleaning and repairs mentioned in the contract. But after I received a key, I found that the property dirty with numerous unwanted items and cigarette butts inside and outside the property. Most of repairs have not been done. When I contacted Darren about the unfinished job, he promised to come back and then simply ignored me when I followed up again. If you buy and rent out any property via CBRE, please be extra careful with their empty promises.

GoogleI used CBRE to help me find a new home and the whole process took about 2 weeks. They help you secure somewhere really fast. My agent Olivier was really nice, amazing at communicating. He would reply to emails fast, he had my telephone number. He was also patient when things needed to be done. He gave me good property advice so I knew I was making the right decision. Now I’m in my new home and I’m loving it all thanks to Olivier at CBRE. Could not have been done without you so thank you soo much :) and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy a house !
