GoogleWhat has led me to write this review is simply that the exceptional service I received from my agent far outweighed the professionalism shown by my own agent in this case Carlo .I must reserve the credit to a gentleman who showed empathy caring and sheer determination on his part to fulfil mine and my families wishes of renting a property. He gave an outstanding level of service and we were very impressed with the level of professionalism at all time. Do not forget this name as this is the most genuine caring agent i have come across , truly a pleasure to deal with .

GoogleI typically don’t leave many reviews, but they were extremely helpful when I was trying to determine a letting agent to use in London, and I want to share my experience so it can help other tenants. If you are ever looking for a letting agent, I highly recommend using Ben Brower from CBRE. He is fantastic at communication, knowledgeable about the properties, patient, and constantly went above and beyond when I am certain other agents would have given up. To shed some light on my situation, I am an American moving to London on a visa with a US employer and no rental history in the UK. Needless to say, it was far from a straightforward situation. But Ben was able to navigate me through the complexities of UK letting laws and referencing, and I ended up with a stunning apartment. I have been there for a week and everything exceeds my expectations and I am beyond happy. With the timing of the visa I was unable to view the properties in person and because of that I was hesitant to trust anyone. Most of the time you feel like the letting agent is on the landlord’s team and you simply have to give in on all accounts. This was not the case with Ben, I truly felt like I had a teammate in the process. He was always upfront about everything and there was never any hidden fees or clauses in the contract. His consistent communication was one of the first things I realized and gave me the peace of mind. I never had to follow up with him, he was constantly keeping me informed of the status and what needed to be done next. He never made it feel like I was burdening him. Not only is he great at his job, but he goes above and beyond the call of duty. I had a very limited time I wanted to move into my apartment in London so I did not waste money staying in a hotel nearby. My move in date was during the Christmas holidays and even though he was on holiday, he still helped to complete the process so I could move into the apartment on the day I wanted to move. I don’t know many people who would be willing to do that if they are on holiday. I am forever thankful!

GoogleEmily Baker is a property manager I work alongside with dealing with all electrical appliance problems for the tenants (appliance engineer). She is very easy to work with and responds very quickly and deals with all her tenants very quickly. If ever I have a query about something for one of the properties she finds out the answer really quick. Its been an absolute pleasure working with Emily the past couple of years and I hope we work together for many more! Carlo Saraniti is also another member of staff I work with in property management dealing with any appliance problems tenants may have. He answers emails quickly and we work hard together to make sure any issues tenants may have are solved as quick as we possibly can without too much fuss. I enjoy working with Carlo and CBRE and hope we will be working together for a very long time!

GoogleI had a great experience looking for homes with CBRE. My agent Sophie in particular is wonderful. She was really responsive and helpful with my various questions. Especially since I just moved from overseas, I did not know a lot of the processes that are unique to the UK. The only complain I have is one of the vendor they used - Goodlord. But all in all, I would recommend CBRE!
