GoogleGreat communication by all members of staff, give an honest achievable price, josh in sales was very helpful and friendly, as was the manager David, i had to dismiss a couple of other agents before castles and it was a good choice, marketed to completion took around 3 months which given the circumstances was pretty good

GoogleWe moved into a large semi-detached house in Beeston in September 2019 which had been managed by a previous letting agency and was in a sorry state, including unusable cracked bath and shower and very long list of many other of the basics you’d expect to be working for a rent just south of £1,000 per month. The previous letting agency didn’t manage or maintain the property at all, we know because we spoke with the previous tenants. Emma Rogers at Castle Estates has been a breath of fresh air, she sorted the bath and shower quickly so the house became livable and is currently working diligently through the remaining list. She has been both fair and relentless, advocating the required maintenance with the landlord who had let his property fall into disrepair. We can’t praise Emma enough for her professionalism, ownership and can-do attitude.

This is done so that we may improve our service for future tenants. On the basis of your review, I can see that your deposit was returned to you within the dates set out by the office at the check-out. In addition the only deductions that were made from your deposit were agreed at the check-out appointment. We would like to thank you for your comments regarding our service at the beginning of your tenancy and are sorry to hear that you felt our service was lacking at the end.

GoogleCan't reccomend Josh newton enough, very helpful agent and willing to take additional time to listen to our requirements and to ensure they're met while giving us practical and professional advice. He is extremely knowledgable of the local area and surrounds, very responsive and you will not be disappointed with his services.

GoogleLady on the phone called to inform us that our viewing was cancelled as they could not get the keys from the landlord. Got really defensive and passive aggressive when we started asking more questions, and did not seem to really care. Just wanted to have the last word and show that she was right and we were wrong (even though the purpose of her call was to apologise for their mistake). Very poorly conducted overall.

We appreciate that you must have been disappointed not to be able to view the property, unfortunately we were not able to to get hold of the keys on the day of your booking for which we apologised.
