GoogleI must commend all the members of this fine company for their professionalism, efficiency and amazing levels of service and care. From the first phone call all the way to the signed paper work, Castle estates made the process of finding a new home as easy as it could possibly be.

GoogleFrom very first contact, all the way through to handing back the keys at the end of the lease, everyone I came into contact with at Castle Estates (Nottingham) were very professional and very friendly. On the couple of occasions I needed to contact the team my emails and phone calls were responded to very quickly, in fact far quicker than I was expecting. Thank you to Michael, Gemma, and Emma for a great service. If I find myself working out of East Midlands Airport again, and in need of a property to rent, I will definitely use your services again.

FacebookAbsolutely appalling customer service by Company management! Inability to deal with complaints professionally, dutifully and legally. Agency supports blatantly DISCRIMINATIVE practices which is shameful and disgraceful

GoogleAntisocial behaviour by tenants is ignored, let to antisocial tenants, when challenged not interested, landlords beware

GoogleCan’t fault them. Really quick to respond to calls and emails. They did a great a job on a complicated sale where the vendors had inherited the property but were living abroad in various different countries. Speak to Josh if possible, I’d highly recommend him.

GoogleWe just completed on the sale of my mother's house. The customer service from the first telephone call requesting a valuation right through to completion has been excellent. Mr Sipple made himself available to answer all our questions throughout the process which meant the sale went through smoothly and with minimal stress.

GoogleGreat professional service at castle estates . All members of staff are so friendly and welcoming . I needed tenancy agreement writing up, Micheal was so helpful and written up for me in no time, he also gave me Great advise. The rest of his team was caring and welcoming too. Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again and recommending to family and friends . Thank you for your help Michael

GoogleRented a property for 2 years with this Letting Agency! They were always helpful and quick in doing everything we needed. Also good to mention very friendly and nice staff! A shame that we needed to move to another town and could no rent with them anymore.
