As a first time buyer I was completely new to the process and what to expect when putting offers forward etc but I had a few viewings with Lauren French and she was a star, she helped me out with what to expect and her advice was spot on! She knew exactly what she was talking about and put me in contact with a local solicitor and as a result I now have had an offer excepted and should be completing in the next week! Jade has been extremely helpful finding me properties to view. She's calls me every other day with new properties not yet on rightmove. I feel she actually listened to what I wanted and watched out for that, where as other agents send you anything. Fab job. Also I'm using there recommend mortgage advisor laz, he's great he saved me money on my mortgage which is always great, keeping it all under one roof has made it a breeze. From my initial first contact and all subsequent communication with this agent, I can honestly say It’s definitely one of their strong points, which is a must if you are buying or selling. Phone calls are always answered and my emails responded to within hours if not minutes and sometimes even out of hours! In particular Alia has worked really hard to answer all of my queries regarding my purchase, with honesty and professionalism whilst adding a real human touch. I’ve never been made to feel like just another number! I’ve yet to complete on my purchase, however I have no doubt that I will continue to receive the same level of service throughout the buying process that I did from the beginning.
