Louise Carr gets things sorted, chased my buyers SLOW solicitors and kept me in the loop, eventually got me stress free, nearly lost my purchase, but thanks to Louise we got there in the end, also must thank Emma Battye the agent that showed us around the bungalow, always answered my questions when Louise was not available. Two great girls, a credit to Charles Carr.

We have been house hunting for what feels like forever and have viewed a couple of properties with Sam Storrar. We finally found “the one” and made a bid on it, however it was hugely popular. Sam kept us in the loop while bidding went on and we were so thrilled when she called to say our offer had been accepted! Gone 6pm so I am sure beyond the call of duty but she was diligent throughout. We are now in the throws of the purchasing procedure. All at Charles Carr that we have dealt with have been professional and approachable and always knowledgeable. Lauren French showed us around the house we are now purchasing and was wonderful, friendly, answered our questions and promised to call us on the Monday morning for feedback, which she did. If you email, they reply promptly. If you call they answer the phone and if you can’t speak to the person you need to, a message is passed and they do get back to you. In short I am not having to chase anyone, all seems to be progressing in a smooth and professional manner. I am really impressed and would definitely use them for future sales.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Louise and team for all there help in the purchase of our first property. Louise was amazing, she really went above and beyond to help us. She was continually chasing both sets of solicitors to speed them along and getting answers from them when we got no response. Being first time buyers we were pretty clueless as to what is happening when but Louise made sure we knew exactly what was going on at any given time. I had a very good experience with Charles Carr Agent in my house buying process. Sam is a very efficient, experienced, professional and smart guy whom the company should be proud of. I would say he is a valuable asset to the company. He works not only for the side of the seller but also for the buyer, that could finally give a win-win solution for all parties involved. His attitude towards the buyer is free from prejudice, that I really appreciated. Start to finish, he is very helpful, approachable, proficient and quick in action. I have felt that he is also working for us, not only for the seller, and therefore, he got our trust throughout the process, and this finally lead to the successful completion of the process in a reasonable timeframe. I've had no problems with your company and Alia who has been my main point of contact, Always happy to help me and gave good advice. Only point to work on is that we made it clear quite early on what our max price would be but still got a few recommended properties that were way above that. Not enough to deduct a star for though.

Alia and your other agents at Charles Carr were probably the most helpful agents we met through this whole process it was just a shame that we found our property that met our wish list with another agent.
