GoogleLisa was very supportive with our purchase. It was disappointing that the whole process of completing our purchase and sale took so long with no understandable reason.

Unfortunately, some matters on the legal side are out of our hands and I understand a solicitor further down the chain was less than helpful which is frustrating. GoogleConstantly the phone redirects to the office down south, they reassure me and tell me someone will be in touch from the crewe office and they never get in touch. Utter shambles. I will buy a house from someone else.

GoogleThe process with Butters John Bee was overall OK, we had quite a few issues regarding the state of the property. However, Ben who we dealt with was very professional and managed to get everything sorted for us promptly and communicated well with us by phoning to inform us on landlords decisions etc.
