GoogleButters John Bee were asked to sell my late mothers house in Wistaston. I had got three valuations from local agents all of which varied greatly. However, Gary Fear exuded so much knowledge and trustworthiness that I had no hesitation in opting for Butters. I am delighted to report that I made the correct choice. The house was sold at a price way in excess of my expectations with the minimum of fuss but with the maximum of quality service. We were in contact with Fran Wheatcroft was just brilliant to speak to, she dealt with every question and concern with a smile on her face and we had a good giggle the entire time.
