We are currently looking for a property in Nantwich, Cheshire and have viewed several houses advertised through BJB, where Paige Malik has been our main point of contact. Paige has a warm and friendly demeanour while remaining thoroughly professional. She has been very knowledgeable about each of the properties we have viewed, and on the rare occasions where she didn’t have an immediate answer, she always came back to us very quickly with the information. Because Paige has taken the time to understand exactly what we are looking for, and due to the excellent service we have received, we have now decided to instruct BJB to sell our own home.

Selling a house is stressful. Even moreso when your completion date is the Friday before Christmas and your buyers pull out at lunchtime on the Thursday! But Butters helped, got us a replacement sale quickly and then handed us over to Gemma to see things through to definite completion this time. She did just that. Butters John Bee, and in particular Paige Malik, were a pleasure to do business with and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Despite a number of obstacles during the course of our house sale (including a buyer withdrawing her offer at the last minute and 'difficulties' associated with it being a leasehold property) Paige was excellent throughout at keeping on top of things and keeping us informed, and her cheerful disposition always made popping in to the office with questions a pleasure rather than a chore.
