GoogleExcellent customer service. This was my second time using BJB and the process was very smooth. Gary was very informative and friendly to start the selling process. Then Paige went above and beyond to help me sell my property and get the relevant paperwork completed to allow me to put an offer on a house I wanted. Always very friendly and professional. GoogleIn February of this year (2023) I finally enquired about shared ownership after years of putting it off. As soon as I enquired I received a phone call from Sam Bowyer, from the get go Sam explained everything I needed to know and filled me full of confidence that this could actually be a way of moving on from living in an apartment and into a house. I really cant explain to anyone how amazing Sam has been to myself and my partner also through this whole process. He’s been honest, understanding, and very patient with me which I truly appreciate. He’s guided me through the whole process pretty much of my sale and the purchase of our new shared ownership purchase. I honestly can’t express how much he’s helped to change our lives for the better for my family. Myself and my family would like to thank Sam so much for everything he has done to make this, little to some but a big dream for us, to happen 🏡

She certainly goes over and above the standard expectations of an estate agent.
