I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back. She kept me updated throughout too, amazing service.

​After four weeks of absolute frustration trying to get a vital reference sorted out with Butters John Bee / Spicerhaart, including endless unreturned emails and phone calls claiming my wife and I weren't even on the system, I finally stepped in to help this morning. ​I was braced for another massive headache, but then I got through to Natalie Tunnicliffe. The difference was night and day. From the second she answered, Natalie was warm, incredibly friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. When I asked if she could call our contact directly to bypass the communication barrier, she didn't hesitate for a second. ​Within 15 minutes, the whole thing was sorted, contact was made, and the relief was instant. She even took the time to call me back and follow up with an email outlining the next steps, completely going above and beyond. I specifically asked how to leave her feedback because service like this is so rare. Natalie, thank you so much, you have been a vital step in moving our lives forward!

Highly recommend Butters John Bee. Although the property we viewed wasn’t quite the right fit for us, our experience with the agent was excellent. Cameron Rose was friendly, professional, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. Katie Allmark came and took some lovely photos of the house. She took the time to go through the pictures with me and made sure i was happy them, before she left. Last week we had Maddy show around some viewers, it was our first meeting and she was very good at listening to what I thought were key selling points about the house, she then ask me questions that she said people like to know the answer to. I have been dealing with Butters John Bee for a while with several purchases and they are great. There is one person that stands out however, Maciej (Matt) Cumberford. He is so proactive and professional, he gets stuff done. I had some challenges that others tried to resolve but no joy, Matt took over and got the issues resolved within hours. He is a genuine person too, cant recommend him enough to anyone looking for support through a sale or purchase.

I arranged my booking with Gabriel over the phone and received text and email confirmation immediately afterwards. He was at the property when we arrived and greeted my Mum and I in a warm and friendly manner. Gabriel gave good advice and demonstrated understanding around my buying position and what I am looking for in a property. He was transparent in sharing that an offer had already been made and offered guidance around the vendors expectations. Gabriel was also able to discuss the area and local amenities. As a first time buyer, this was really appreciated.
