I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Paige at Butters John Bee, and her service has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Paige has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Her professionalism, coupled with a courteous and approachable manner, has made what can often be a stressful experience, incredibly smooth and efficient. Paige is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have, no matter how small. Her responsiveness is truly impressive, and she consistently makes me feel like a top priority. What stands out most is how accommodating she’s been with my often tight schedule, her flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile are rare qualities in today’s fast-paced world. Her attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring that every aspect is handled with care and precision. It’s clear that Paige is genuinely dedicated to her work, and her passion shines through in everything she does. I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, first-class service. Thank you, Paige, for your continued support and for making this process as stress-free as possible!

My husband and I went to butters John bee with what we thought was an impossible ask after being turned down by other agencies for a 3 bed house. Come January 2025 there would be 2 adults 3 young children and a baby and within hours James Bateman from the Crewe branch managed to give us the news we hoped for. That was no more than 3 weeks ago and this week coming we get to move in to our forever home where we can feel settled and relaxed and ready for our last surprise baby. James has gone above and beyond in supporting us through the application process and taken away most if not all of the stress of this whole process. James if you get to read please know you’ve no idea how grateful and thankful my family and I are for all of your help in finding our forever home in a more suitable location for my family and I. 5* review for you from us as you’ve been a star!!

Hats off to Dominika Jaszczyszyn. I spoke to her today with an issue I’ve had with a rental payment. She was very thorough and stayed on the phone with me to try to get to the bottom of the problem. She needed to ring accounts to resolve it and rang me back to tell me it had been resolved. She is so polite, friendly and helpful and an asset to Butters John Bee, Crewe. Very many thanks Dominika, you’re 5 star ⭐️

So I would like to take the time to leave Maddie and BJB Estate agents an extremely positive review. Maddie has been exceptional on every level of the sale and potential purchase of a new property. Her communication, patience and total understanding of our requirements need recognition, to put it plainly if I had an estate agency, I would want a team full of Maddie’s ! Keep up the amazing energy and commitment, credit where credit is due so bravo Maddie !!

We had the pleasure of having Victoria coming to our Dads bungalow for a valuation. After recently passing, Victoria was very caring and helpful with myself and two siblings. She went through different options that we could take and showed us similar properties for sale as our bungalow. Victoria even offered advice on other properties that my brother had. We were really pleased with her service and will definitely use BJB when the property is ready for sale. Thank you

Roksana has been our valuer with Butters John Bee. She has been so kind, professional and helpful. 3 months in, not such a good experience. No one communicates, no one answers emails. Have no idea who is progressing our sale as the person who was has left. No one responds to messages. I would love an update, myself and our buyers are getting frustrated. Adding to this, we completed our sale a week ago, and still have heard nothing from them. If you're looking for a more personal service, I'd look elsewhere.
