I had been having issues because of a partner agency in the different part of the country (8 attempts to contact and a call that was ignored), so I called and was put thought to Ben in the Crewe office. Ben was so helpful and solved the issues immediately. Ben - can you go and show the other team what good customer service looks like please? I won't name any names but the company rhymes with Fart and it's fitting that they completely ignore you when they are based in a city, well known for an idiom about ignoring people.... Ben was able to help on a Saturday lunchtime and has done work that the useless team said they would do 2 years ago, which has lead to my current issues. Thanks Ben!

Throughout the whole moving process, Georgina Breeze has been there as our Move Manager, liaising between us our solicitors and the Butters, John Bee team at the Crewe office. She and the team at BJB have seamlessly connected the dots, answered all of our questions and queries, and have taken some of the stress out of what is one of the most stressful and expensive processes anyone buying a house can have. We would totally recommend the BJB team at the Crewe office, as efficient, cheerful and very helpful in every way.

As a landlord with several rental properties across the Northwest, I have experience working with several letting agents. Unfortunately, my experience with Butters John Bee (Crewe) has been by far the most disappointing. Communication has been consistently poor. Basic enquiries often go unanswered, responses are significantly delayed, and obtaining even straightforward information has proven unnecessarily difficult. From my experience, there appears to be little emphasis on customer service or timely communication. The most consistent response I have received has been an automated "out of office" email. What appeared to constitute a "swift response" in their view was typically in the region of 72 hours - if they responded at all. I was left questioning whether the business has any meaningful customer service KPIs or response time standards in place for staff responsible for client relations. Managing a rental property is a huge investment, and landlords deserve an agent that is responsive, proactive, and accountable. Based on my experience, I could not possibly recommend BJB Crewe. There are far better managing agents available, and I would strongly encourage landlords to explore other options before entrusting their property to this branch.

Would absolutely avoid this company at all cost. We moved in 5 years ago to a rental property we received the keys and was moving in on the agreed date hiring a van etc. upon arrival we was told that they had misplaced the gas safety certificate and would not be able to stay in the property that day. It was agreed for us to stay in a hotel and Michael from the Crewe department promised to pay for a hotel for the night due to the time and distance we had traveled. An email was sent with the invoice and he went back on his word and refused to pay. Since then we have reported numerous issues which haven't been fixed and the staff seem to have no idea or control of what is going on with there properties. Including Natalie also in the Crewe department. One of the issues above was the boiler was broken and needed replacing we had a newborn baby and it still took 5 weeks in the middle of winter for them to replace it and offer any form of hot water / heating despite raising it numerous times / making formal complaints. Again, we would never go with this company again.

We are 11 months into our rental tenancy and we are now 1 month without heating. Can't call through to lettings because they are always busy and no response to emails, however they are happy to email us to ask for something when they need it. A few months ago the landlord let himself in to the flat unannounced too, and left immediately when he realised I was in the flat. We previously had windows that wouldn't close whilst it was snowing, and it took months to be fixed. We were told false information multiple times and the customer service team takes complaints personal, as though it's aimed at them, when in fact we just want our rights as a tenant to be met Please do not rent from this company, it has been the absolute worst process of renting. Check their trust pilot first as it gives a different point of view than google reviews.

Had viewing arranged today with Marcin. He was punctual and helpful at the viewing. However, BJB is not a serious company, and I'll advise anyone to stay clear from them. After viewing and putting in an offer, they said the seller was happy to accept because it was the asking price, they then stalled on confirming my offer for weeks (5 weeks) where I had to be the one chasing them without any feedback. When they finally got in touch with me, it was to say that they have now recieved an offer they will like to move on with - after 5 weeks of stalling me without any explanation. Overall, it feels like a scam, where they hold properties for their inner network and stall customers until one of their owns comes through. Having spoken to some collegues, I nderstand this is a common practice with them. Do not waste your time with these clowns

Really grateful to Sam in BJB Crewe office. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient and have gone out of his way to help with everything and even arranged a viewing late in the day to suit my restricted availability. All my phone calls and email queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Just exchanged on 2 BTL properties in central Crewe and hope to secure more in the future. Adrian and Marcin in the branch has also been at hand to help me. Felt very welcome when I first visited the Crewe office - friendly staff - made such an impact to me esp. after being on the road for 4 hours!!
