GoogleBJB keep phoning me and leaving voicemails about a property I no longer own. Spamming me about 3 times a week. I’ve asked to be taken off their marketing list numerous times and they are clearly in breach of data protection. I would stay clear of them for all your business as they are clearly not very professional in how they run a business.

GoogleRoksana has been our valuer with Butters John Bee. She has been so kind, professional and helpful. 3 months in, not such a good experience. No one communicates, no one answers emails. Have no idea who is progressing our sale as the person who was has left. No one responds to messages. I would love an update, myself and our buyers are getting frustrated. Adding to this, we completed our sale a week ago, and still have heard nothing from them. If you're looking for a more personal service, I'd look elsewhere.

GoogleIn February of this year (2023) I finally enquired about shared ownership after years of putting it off. As soon as I enquired I received a phone call from Sam Bowyer, from the get go Sam explained everything I needed to know and filled me full of confidence that this could actually be a way of moving on from living in an apartment and into a house. I really cant explain to anyone how amazing Sam has been to myself and my partner also through this whole process. He’s been honest, understanding, and very patient with me which I truly appreciate. He’s guided me through the whole process pretty much of my sale and the purchase of our new shared ownership purchase. I honestly can’t express how much he’s helped to change our lives for the better for my family. Myself and my family would like to thank Sam so much for everything he has done to make this, little to some but a big dream for us, to happen 🏡
