We dealt with Natalie tunnicliffe regarding our rented properly and how we weren't happy with some of the issues with the property. Natalie soon came out and got to see the issues in person and wasted no time getting the issues sorted. We have recently bought a house and have give notice for the rented property and Natalie again was VERY professional and helped us with the process. Natalie has been amazing ever since we had her out to the property and I cannot fault her work, she's the only person to actually help us with the issues and put a plan of action in order and keeping us up to date! I have used Butters John bee, for the last 4 years to let my property in crew and have not had the best experience with them, they are very hard to get a hold of and never reply to my calls or emails, but recently I have been dealing with a lovely lady called Ashleigh Hopson, she is very professional and polite and actually takes the effort to get back to you when you contact her.
