GoogleHave been trying to get a viewing of a property with estate agents for nearly two weeks . Have rang three times and they have never managed to get back to me at all . Have heard anecdotally they are not very good and have seen it first hand now . If you have a property to sell my advice would be not to use BJB in Crewe !!!

GoogleWas booked in for a viewing at 10:30am with madison on the 6/05/2024, had 4 confirmation texts for the viewing, on the day we arrived pretty early and waited there it got to about 10:40 so I called the office and asked about the viewing and they said they’d pass the message on so she could get in touch with us, didn’t get anything, then it turned 11am called again and had the same thing happen, we left, and never got a phone call or message all day from butter John bee, absolutely shocking after confirming a viewing with someone and then never turning up or getting in contact as to why you didn’t turn up. Will never use yourself again for either buying or selling.

GoogleSo had a meeting with bjb with lacey and she explained everything I needed to know for the future managment of the house. Everyone in bjb has been so kind, welcoming and understanding since they have took control of the share house I live in. I couldnt ask more from them allways love to have a good chit chat with the team. They allways will try and sort out any issues to best of they ability 👍

GoogleHats off to Dominika Jaszczyszyn. I spoke to her today with an issue I’ve had with a rental payment. She was very thorough and stayed on the phone with me to try to get to the bottom of the problem. She needed to ring accounts to resolve it and rang me back to tell me it had been resolved. She is so polite, friendly and helpful and an asset to Butters John Bee, Crewe. Very many thanks Dominika, you’re 5 star ⭐️

GoogleOut estate agent is Marcin Strzelec and from the start he has a really difficult case with myself and there has been a lot of issues along the way. He has worked extremely hard to resolve any issues with third party’s almost to the point where I felt like I was giving up. He is very talented and has a bright future in frond of him with his career. He is polite well mannered and easy to talk to even supporting me through the whole process as a person he’s put himself above all my expectations. From the bottom of my heart thank you !

GoogleWe had the pleasure of having Victoria coming to our Dads bungalow for a valuation. After recently passing, Victoria was very caring and helpful with myself and two siblings. She went through different options that we could take and showed us similar properties for sale as our bungalow. Victoria even offered advice on other properties that my brother had.
