In a very short space of time there were a number of viewings all from people whose needs matched the flat and the area it was located in. Excellent communication after viewings, during the negotiation period and really helped in getting a fair completion date agreed. As someone who was very keen to sell Brinkleys had a proactive approach that I very much appreciated and were responsive when I did reach out. Their low fee is another win!

GoogleMixed feelings on Brinkleys, the property and landlord who they represent are the issue
Generally the staff have been very easy to deal with, excluding zukhela
The property however has been a disgrace with an overseas landlord who does nothing
Moving in was a disaster, Brinkleys were closed and no keys, landlord doing her own thing in the cheap.
Landlord has done zero maintenance but apparently managed by Brinkleys, they’re taking their cut for doing zero
On finally having enough of damp and mould not being fixed Brinkleys have unfortunately thought I shouldn’t be in to help with viewings as they have no keys, read into that what you want, but how are they going to deal with emergencies, maintenance etc
And now landlord wants to fix things I’ve been waiting years on during my notice period.
Update- I have since moved out due to disrepair and complaint has so far been ignored. 10 days and still waiting on move our report for deposit. So downgraded score accordingly
Further update, I have complained and Brinkleys take no responsibility for their former employees lack of action.
The property has been "refurbished" and let to some poor soul when the reality is they've simply painted over it.
I always thought go through an agent, but these guys don't care as long as they get their commission

GoogleAs soon as you hand over that deposit money the smiles and quick responses disappear and you are met with really rude, argumentative staff - it gets even worse when you inform them you do not wish to renew your tenancy.
Brinkley's broke multiple contractual obligations - I have raised a grievance through the appropriate regulator. They let an uncleaned flat and then changed the third party move in report themselves in their favour - something I have complained about but had no response too (this has become the norm).
When I did raise an issue about conducting viewings outside of the viewing period and without notification (they were ignored at first), I got a phone call threatening to give us bad references for future rentals if we did not drop the issue - rather than just looking into what happened.
I am only writing this review now as I have moved out and they no longer have leverage to use against me to get what they want.
Like some of the reviews below I am also in shock at the way Brinkley's treat their tenants - I have never had a problem with a landlord or agency, always paid rent on time and been a good tenant. Not sure whats wrong with these people but its quite a toxic business - Avoid at all costs (I know you don't always have the option - if not then just beware)
