GoogleAfter being on the market with a different estate agent for a number of MONTHS!! I spoke to Phil and he was very knowledgable and honest which is very hard to find in an estate agent these days. GoogleFrom start to finish has been very disappointing with limited to no help on issues regarding the property (even with black mould) and still charges renewal fees and starting fees even since the legislation change in June 2019. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE. Go private or to another letting agent to save yourself the hassle.

GoogleReally good service, during the viewing, buying and conveyancing stages of the process. The team were super friendly and helpful, and always positive, despite a frustrating chain and the usual slackness from solictors. Would highly recommend. Special thanks to Anya and Kevin, in particular.

GoogleBridges delivered in every aspect of our house sale. Friendly and approachable sales people, James Macphee and James McKay, did a great job of marketing our property and arranging a series of viewings back to back to minimise the disruption on our daily lives (much appreciated with young children). After accepting an offer Kevin Green, our sales progressor, took over. He did a great job of chasing up and down the chain as well as liaising directly with our solicitor to ensure that we always had the latest information on how the sale was progressing. All in all a fantastic service.

Rude and Poor customer Service! Call from estate agent to cancel viewing which was understandable given the property sprung a leak. Following a request to inquire about late a viewing such that I may attend after work I was advised in a rude and hurried tone that a genuine customer would make time to attend. Agent was keen to hang up despite my attempting to inquire about latest viewings that would be possible to accommodate.

"They"ll be p*s**d off with that" was the response to the cash offer I made on behalf of my recently widowed mum. This was after "you're late!" when I viewed a second house directly after viewing the house mum bought. Had to prove funds existed before I could make an offer. Attitude totally changed from not being interested in giving me the time of day. Found Bridges to be unprofessional from the outset. You do not speak to a potential buyer as they did to me. Mum sadly passed away 16 December.

TrustpilotAWFUL EXPERIENCE, reluctant to use to start with, only confirmed it
We did use Bridges for a purchase of a property recently. For few months we were contacted by phone in regards of updates etc., but when it came to actually being informed that the purchase fell through, that was done by email and not easy to reach over the phone when called back. How convenient and unprofessional. But, in general, I prefer honest estate agents, not many around. Saying all that, thanks to Bridges and us loosing the first house, we found a much better property, estate agent was brilliant and transparent, easy communication, the whole purchase took 7 weeks from offer to completion (and that is including Christmas break), so could not be happier. And - the other property - still hasn't been completed on, so I guess karma.

GoogleWhat can I say about Ben Granville at Bridges other than he was absolutely fantastic. What really stood out about Ben and Kevin at Bridges was that they humanized their service which is true unique and refreshing. Ben showed us properties on short notice, wasn't pushy and actually listen to my requirement and found me the property of our dreams which we exchanged contracts on today. The area in which Ben excelled in was the progression of the actually sale, managing our expectations, the sellers expectations, keeping us uptodate with all developments or lack there of. He also managed a highly incompetent solicitor who almost made the whole chain collapse. It felt like getting us into the property really meant something to Ben and that really gave me confidence in working with him. He road the rollercoaster right next to responding to emails day and night. Reach at to the team at Bridges if you are looking to buy or sell, they won't let you down!

GoogleExcellent experience with the team at Bridges, Ben found us a wonderful new house and was really responsive and gave advice during the sale and then supported and kept up to date by Kevin during the post-sale activities and conveyancing process. Bridges totally dominate the local area and you can see why, pointless going to any other estate agent in the area. Already recommend two friends to go to them.

GoogleVery pleased with the service received from Ben and the wider team (in particular Kevin and Anja). Ben has been really helpful, regularly keeping in touch during our house sale and always keeping us up to date unlike our vendors' estate agents who were the complete opposite. Never needed to chase and both Ben and Kevin were great at chasing the whole chain for updates and during our 5 days long exchange of contracts! Would highly recommend the team.

Great Service from Dale and his team in Fleet. Bridges took our property on to the market and sold it in a matter of days and achieved the price we wanted. Took great photos and communicated throughout the process regarding viewings, all of which where accompanied. We received feedback on the same day or the next morning.Once the sale was agreed, we had assistance from Kevin who was a pleasure to deal with, and supplied regular updates via email and phone. We purchased our current house through Bridges, and it was a 'no brainer' to use them when it came to selling. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend their services to our friends and family. Thanks TEAM Fleet! Its been a pleasure, from two very happy customers busy packing!

I have recently sold and purchased through Bridges and even though the market has been incredibly slow they worked hard to get people through our door. The staff in the IT Hub are all excellent on the phone, I felt like I knew them all by the time we sold!! Special thanks to Carly in the Hub. Sally the Sales Progressor worked hard for us, even though she moved within the company before the sale completed, I wish her good luck and thank you for all your hard work. In the last few weeks Dominic from Ash Vale was fantastic, calm, professional and relentless in seeing the sale through.
