GoogleI have used Bridges at Ash Vale numerous times with excellent results. The service they provide is second to nun. I can't thank Dominic and his team enough for their efficiency,friendliness and dedication of service. I also want to thank Jayne who brings it altogether in the after sales team. I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleBuying and selling my propertys with Bridges, has been a great experinece. Stress kept to a minimum, and great insight from David to ensure I was clear what was going to be happening next. The suggested solicitors are also great, once you get through to the solicitor part of the transaction. I used Bridges 17 years ago, and they still give a great service.

GoogleI have always sold my properties through Ash Vale Bridges and have also bought a fair few through the branch. Quite simply they are the best, whether it be their marketing, listening, professionalism or communication. Dominic always strives to give a great service and keeps in touch. Jayne does a great job liasing and progress chasing. The other members of staff will always try and help, never pass the buck and will always make sure someone returns your call. Well done to Dominic and his team !

GoogleI sold a property with Bridges recently and had fantastic service from everyone involved. The property had many viewings in the first few days of going on the market and offers resulting in a sale for over the asking price. The process was smooth and Aaron kept me informed of progress regularly. If I was to sell again there would be no doubt I would be using Bridges.

GoogleA hard working team always! We can do attitude. Struggling selling your home then bridges can assist. Would defiantly recommend and there costs are warranted via there service. Having a hub service always helped as if I couldn't get hold of my estate agent, they were always making sure I was helped. I was first greeted via the hub and registered and then placed in good hands Fab service top marks!

We had plenty of viewings from day one and had a buyer within the first week. There was always someone on hand to answer any queries we had. We would thoroughly recommend Bridges to anyone thinking of selling their house.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Bridges Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property and if I could buy through them every time I would. They are professional, helpful, friendly and know their stuff. They are willing to discuss the market generally as well as properties that they have for sale which is really helpful when making decisions and looking to make an offer on a property. They are proactive and are the most hardworking agents in the locality when it comes to recommending properties and helping you with your search. David Stevens in particular is outstanding in his helpfulness and knowledge of the market.
