FacebookI’ve recently just sold my house and I am so happy that I chose kris ... from start to finish he was always there to help with anything..He also said that he would sell my house the quickest and also get me the most money for it . If you value your privacy and confidentiality do not use Bridges.They managed to let someone in my street know they’d valued our house even though we hadn’t instructed them.They then disclosed more personal information to a potential buyer - even though we opted not to use their services.I have written apologies which they’re now denying, will let the ICO make their own mind up.Their valuations are a joke as well!Do yourself a favour steer well clear.

GooglePretty poor experience. I'm a first-time buyer and contacted them about some properties (and listed them twice in different emails), for further information and potential viewings. Nobody has come back to me. Clearly not interested. They had 2 properties I especially wanted to view because my offer was rejected for a similar property nearby. GoogleThe ‘John Lewis’ of Estate Agents🍾 5 Star service from start to finish. Not only did Bridges sell my property within 24 hours, they did it twice and during Covid-19! Firstly we sold within 12 hours but after my buyer pulled out, they quickly put my property live again and had viewings lined up within hours, and sold it again by the next day. Their marketing of my property was spot on and their communication is brilliant. I’d like to make a special thank you to Nikki Best, Rob Stocchetti, Ben Granville & Dom Barnes. Nikki valued my property and knew exactly the right price to get the interest but most importantly, the right offers. Rob did the viewings on my place and every viewing he did turned into an offer! Rob called and emailed me so i knew exactly when someone was entering my home. 8 weeks into my sale, Covid-19 hit, just weeks from exchanging, this caused me huge anxiety and left me with loads of questions, This is when Ben stepped in, took responsibility and made things happen! Ben took over just at the point where things were getting tough, no one in the chain was agreeing and it got stressful BUT he was always a phone call or email away and he liaised with all parties and got us to an agreement and that important completion date! 🍾 Although this was a very stressful time for me, it was only because of my own worry, I got through all this because of the guys at Bridges. Im really glad that i put my trust in them to sell my property, it was the best decision i could have made and if i decide to move again (hopefully not anytime soon) these are the people i want handling my biggest asset! GoogleMyself and my partner have just purchased our first home through Bridges and I could not be happier with the experience and service we have received. We were delighted when a sale was agreed but then had a call from a very apologetic Ben, to tell us that another local agent had backhandedly and disrespectfully done a viewing after our sale was agreed and had presented an offer to the vendor. With thanks to Ben and his genuine dedication to us as his clients we were thankfully chosen by the vendor and after just 4 WEEKS we have just exchanged, we cannot thank Ben and Ruth enough for all of their hard work to make this happen for us.

I have recently had the pleasure of liaising with the lettings department at Bridges. Our tenant fell behind with their rent due to the pandemic. Bridges kept me posted and dealt with the tenant with great professionalism. They have negotiated a solution which keeps all parties happy. I would thoroughly recommend Bridges!

Very poor experience. We asked to view a property and were given the first appointment available. The day before the viewing we got an email saying the property was let yet we were apparently first in line. The company now refuses to contact us or to view any other property they advertise. Extremely unprofessional and the last thing you want in an estate agent. avoid!

I spoke to Phil and he was very knowledgable and honest which is very hard to find in an estate agent these days. GoogleFrom start to finish has been very disappointing with limited to no help on issues regarding the property (even with black mould) and still charges renewal fees and starting fees even since the legislation change in June 2019. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE. Go private or to another letting agent to save yourself the hassle.

GoogleBridges delivered in every aspect of our house sale. Friendly and approachable sales people, James Macphee and James McKay, did a great job of marketing our property and arranging a series of viewings back to back to minimise the disruption on our daily lives (much appreciated with young children). After accepting an offer Kevin Green, our sales progressor, took over. He did a great job of chasing up and down the chain as well as liaising directly with our solicitor to ensure that we always had the latest information on how the sale was progressing. All in all a fantastic service.

Rude and Poor customer Service! Call from estate agent to cancel viewing which was understandable given the property sprung a leak. Following a request to inquire about late a viewing such that I may attend after work I was advised in a rude and hurried tone that a genuine customer would make time to attend. Agent was keen to hang up despite my attempting to inquire about latest viewings that would be possible to accommodate.
